Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.

Their communication, support and dedication have been exceptional throughout.<br><br>I genuinely can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me. Very helpful, kept in touch throughout the sale and achieved it quickly and efficiently. Streets above his competitors & would highly recommend (& use him again if he were in my new area!)

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. He is incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly, making what can often be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. He is 90, and decided to move closer to the family, and i was very worried about the process of him dealing with an estate agent, but as soon as i spoke to Sean, i knew he was the right person for the job! He was caring, informative and understanding of the whole situation. My uncle liked to 'pop' in to the office now and again to check in, and Sean was always friendly and welcoming to him. The viewings were always accompanied and he was always given feedback. If you are thinking about using this agent, DO IT - you won't be dissapointed.<br>Thanks so much again for all of your hard work.
