However, communication between exchange and completion was very stressful and difficult as I appeared to do all the chasing to finalise the property sale.

My experience throughout was incredibly positive. All members of staff were approachable and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dybles to anyone who is thinking of letting or selling their property.
