18th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Spoke with an extremely condescending member of staff called Stephanie today. Attempted to speak to me like I was a child and didn't know anything about buying property. I think she needs to have more training in customer service. Leanne, however, is very approachable and professional and I wish I had dealt with her as I had asked. I have been trying to arrange a viewing for a property for over a week now and despite asking them to email, they have totally ignored my requests. I will attempt once more before seeking out the sellers details to inform them of this unacceptable service.

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. 27th Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)Kenny was so helpful and empathetic to the fact I was selling my mums house who died recently. He immediately made me feel confident I had chosen the right person. The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much

From my very first meeting through to accepting an offer, the whole team made what could have been a very stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed. A special thank you to Stacey and the rest of the team, including the lovely younger trainee team member, who was also incredibly professional, friendly, and a real credit to the company. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely committed to providing an excellent service. My property was priced appropriately, they kept me informed at every stage, and everything was handled efficiently and smoothly. Their knowledge of the local market gave me real confidence, and I’m delighted with the outcome. Living with disabilities means everyday tasks can sometimes feel overwhelming, but the team were incredibly understanding, patient, and supportive. They took the stress out of the process and always treated me with kindness and respect. That compassionate approach made a genuine difference, and I’ll always be grateful for it. I’d also like to praise the independent Home Report surveyors they arranged. They were equally professional, thorough, and helpful, providing an excellent service from the outset and making the entire process even easier. 5th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have used Pennylane for a number of years to look after a rented flat and they are by far the best agent I have used. When I decided to sell Christine and Chanice were excellent arranging everything from pictures to survey, dealing with viewings and all with a pleasant and professional manner. Even when we experienced a couple of difficulties they never became negative and strived relentlessly for a solution. The whole company are very professional and I would happily recommend.

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Gavin’s knowledge of the industry and professionalism shone through throughout the process, we felt extremely valued as customers and Gavin was always on hand to answer any questions we had.<br>Gavin and his team managed to sell my house within a fortnight for a price we were very happy with, whilst negotiating the best deal for us with our new purchase, all within a very reasonable rate.<br>We worked with Arrowheads financial adviser Thomas who was also great to work with , Thomas made himself available to us throughout the process and completely removed any stress due to his financial expertise and competence.<br>We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found Arrowhead Estate Agents.Due to the teams professionalism , hard work and very high level of customer care , our whole moving experience was enjoyable rather than stressful,and we continue to recommend them far and wide.<br>Thanks again Arrowhead
