I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! I received regular updates on the progress of the sale, and my specific requests were responded to professionally and promptly. I would recommend Bournes to anyone looking for an estate agent that offers that little bit extra.

18th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.
