Came out valued my house and got it on the market the same week (other estate agents couldn’t get me in for at least 3 weeks) constantly updating me with the sale of my property and the purchase of my next home. I wouldn’t sell my home through anyone else now.
8th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)A laughable Letting agent where they have the audacity of claiming over 80% of deposit worth over £450 for 'redecoration' purposes for simple wear and tear for a tenancy lived for almost 2 years. After further involvement of external adjudicator, their claim was not successful. Embarrassing really, genuinely left a bitter end to the tenancy. Their measly attempt in scraping up from a student's deposit for pathetic claims, only for their own benefits. Would've posted the laughable images they claimed against, but I will leave it at this. Do better.

Samuel makepeace were amazing at arranging a viewing and dealing with my offer and acceptance in record time. Fast forward just over three months we have move in date set in the next two weeks time. Ella thank you for all your hard work, outstanding communication and of course being lovely friendly and professional with every communication we had. Thanks again all and I look forward to seeing you in a few weeks to collect my keys. Thank you for helping my impossible become my impossible
