They gave us advice all the way through, suggesting different selling strategies to try and boost viewings and offering wise counsel when offers were received. All the time they were friendly, approachable and encouraging and handled the viewings on our behalf perfectly. Their communication with us could not have been better. Initially we used two agents (a supported move feature of a new housebuilder). We had no viewings at all through the other agent, yet, at the same time, The Property Centre were able to find us interested people. Need I say more!
15th Oct 2020 (4 years ago)We found Michael Tucks Staff very profession, quick service sold our house within four weeks. We bought from a different prominent Estate agency who were half an hour late for the viewing , and kept showing the property we purchase as still for sale even through the sale was agreed. Would never use them although they are the biggest estate agency in our area.

Suite 2, Unit 2A The Brunel Centre, Brunel Way, Stonehouse, GL10 3RU(7 reviews)17th Dec 2024 (27 days ago)I have met Carolina from Griffith Nobes when looking for a new in Stroud, and I have not met an estate agent before who knew pretty much everything about the house she was showing, she took interest and time to find out what my and my family needs are, and she really encouraged a considered approach to making choices. Although she is excellent in how she introduced and spoke about the property, was honest and balanced. She is professional and yet very personable and caring. I also had spoken to Stephen form the company and enjoyed dealing with him. If I ever to market my home in that area, Griffith Nobes would be first agency, I would approach.
