17th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)I contacted Abbots last year to inquire about their services though chose not to pursue them. Since then I have been repeatedly contacted month-to-month asking if I am interested in selling with them, or arranging a mortgage. Each time I have informed them that I am no longer selling my property and requested that they cease contacting me. The calls have continued ceaselessly. Take a hint—I'm just not that into you!

A friendly and professional service right from the start, with great advice on the marketing of our property and excellent communication every step of the way resulting in a completed sale in just 3 months after it first went on the market. 10th Sep 2024 (30 days ago)I wish I had seen Simon w review months ago before I proceeded to try and purchase a property from this agents had Exactly the same experience as the review that was left by Simon w. I have a feeling it was the same property, They did not give any information all the way up to getting a survey and structural engineers report. In my opinion Jo and her team need to stop acting like 2nd hand car sales ppl, very dishonest in my opinion

When things became quite fraught, as it sometimes can, Charlotte handled things excellently in a calm, friendly and efficient manner at all times. I am very happy to recommend them.

14th Sep 2024 (26 days ago)I had an appointment on September 13th at 2 PM to view a property organized by Whittley Parish. I informed the agent that I was traveling from London and would leave as soon as possible; Google Maps estimated a 90-minute drive. Unfortunately, due to several roadworks, the drive took over 2 hours, and I arrived 17 minutes late. When I called the agent to explain my delay, I was told that I had missed the appointment and should return back to London. Despite my efforts to reach them, the agent showed no concern whatsoever. there was no sympathy for the the inconvenience caused by the extended travel time. I was left feeling extremely frustrated by the lack of professionalism and empathy. In my opinion, and being friday the 13th, Lindsey needed to get back to her cauldron and could not make any exceptions. It’s disappointing to have had such a negative experience with Whittley Parish. I plan to share my experience on social media to highlight how unprofessional their service was.

He responded promptly and made the whole process a lot easier at a difficult time for all of us. Would highly recommend Belvoir.

Jason and Jamie helped me and my partner rent our dream home after having a not so positive experience with our previous rental via a different agent. The whole process was really quick and easy, the team were happy to help every step of the way with any queries and questions. The house we moved into has been kept to a very high standard, very clean, all repairs done before moving in and we have a clear line of contact with our Landlord. Overall a very genuine team with a clear motivation to help their clients!
