Special thanks to Claire, Melanie and Ian for providing us with such a high level of support, especially given that our long chain was at times frustrating and slow - I’m sure Melanie’s tenacity helped get us over the line with the sale. We are aware that we were probably not the easiest of customers - hopefully we were never rude but we did have a lot of questions, follow up viewings and actions and yet the service was never anything but first rate.

15th May 2026 (24 days ago)We recently had the issue of trying to sell a piece of land in Framlingham which had full planning permission but was curtailed with a Unilateral Undertaking with ESCC. Oliver Johnson, a Director of Clarke and Simpson, could not have been more helpful. He navigated us through the intricacies of planning, found a buyer and when our solicitor, Ross Coates, was closed down, he found us a new solicitor who rapidly concluded the sale. Oliver`s handling throughout could not be faulted. His communication skills and support were amazing with immediate e-mail and telephone responses. Without the knowledge and contacts that Clarke and Simpson have, I doubt that we should have sold the land, let alone advertised it. A definite rewarding experience for us. Well done from very satisfied clients. Ian and Sheila McLeish.

29th May 2026 (10 days ago)The marketing was great when I compare the images of the property I was selling compiled by Foxhall Estate Agents with the images of properties from other estates the were considerably better. They also produce a video, I noticed many other estate agents didn’t.
4th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)These are some of the worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Put an offer in on a house 2 weeks ago and have provided all evidence requested and was told my offer was one of the best ones and that I should feel confident. Since then it’s been impossible to get hold of anyone who can give any information about what is going on. They asked my conveyancer to call to confirm the stage of my chain and the manager/director told my solicitor that the case had been taken away from the team member dealing with it, as she’d apparently been telling all the prospective buyers what they wanted to hear and stringing us all along for weeks. I have spent all morning trying to get hold of the manager to try and find out what is going on, I keep being told not she’s in yet (it’s 1pm) and I’ll get a call back. Eventually had to speak to one of the office people who said the vendor had accepted one of the other offers. When I complained about how badly this had been managed and how unfair it was to string people along like this, the boy on the phone literally huffed at me like a moody teenager and said it wasn’t his fault and then started whining about having to deal with the complaint, then said good bye and hung up. I would avoid this company at all costs.

15th May 2026 (24 days ago)I just rent a property through Keystone IEA Agency in Ipswich, Every steps went smoothly, everybody were very helpful and made the process so easy, all the team deserve 5 stars, especially Hazel Sellers who handled quickly and efficiently any queries I had and made all communications very human and made me feel comfortable to deal with, I definitely highly recommend this Agency if you are looking for a friendly and very efficient team.

28th May 2026 (11 days ago)Absolutely delighted with the excellent care and service we have had from the team at Minors and Brady recently selling our house in Diss. Each person we engaged with from the office was incredibly professional and gave great advice and support, metaphorically holding our hands through the process. Stand out mentions in particular to Joe, Nicola and Matthew who always went above and beyond in looking after us and we also appreciated all the help from Morgan and Chelsea with viewings. They had regular check-ins and updates with us and they were always contactable and responsive to messages and questions which we really valued. Very pleased with the whole process and would highly recommend them.
