8th Apr 2025 (16 days ago)Honestly the worst estate agents I have talked to. Trying to force us to talk to their mortgage person and when said no to, belittle you. Had two people call me not knowing what my details were and thinking I needed a mortgage when I don't. Just had a phone call from the "office" but from a 01473 number?? Saying if i still needed mortgage. NO. I asked if she was from the office and she said yes. I told her I wanted her to cancel my viewing but couldn't do that, I had to phone her colleague, when she's in the same office supposedly. Harry does not reply to emails. All properties that are for sale by them we just aren't looking at now.

We didn’t have one viewing in 5 months- 26th Mar 2025 (29 days ago)Just bought a property through Abbots and dealt with Stan primarily. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to purchase through Abbots. Stan was so kind and patient throughout, was always honest about the process and if i was unsure about something, would always take the time to call and go through this in detail. I also felt that there was fantastic advocacy on my behalf with the seller, and really felt he had all my best interests at the core of the process. As a first time buyer, I never felt unsafe or unsure about anything throughout the entire process. Would 100% use and recommend time again if wanting to purchase/sell a property within the area. Could not have asked for a better agent and estate agent to deal with me. Thank you!!

Courteous and friendly to a person, we had a very good experience when selling our house near Framlingham. I’m sure this applied to people viewing and buying as well. C&S have excellent local knowledge and experience and this significantly helped with selling our very old listed property.

If anyone knows what the next steps they should take to get these guys to take some action please let me know.

Easily accessible via phone and email, friendly and upbeat! Felt like a friend helping us through the process, would definitely use William H Brown again!

I would thoroughly recommend Hizzy to anyone looking to sell their home, and will definitely use them again if I move again in the future!

It was nice also to only have to deal with one person rather than having to leave messages with colleagues.
