Thoroughly useless, however if you want to gaurantee you get given incorrect information that ultimately costs you money with no admission of fault or apology and just a relentless hounding for you to agree they keep your security deposit- Give them!! They're great at that!
My previous experience renting properties through agencies was pretty bad, poor service, slow response if any issue arose… I had to chase them many times to resolve an issue. So when I moved from Peterborough to Ipswich and have signed a contract with Keystone I didn’t know what to expect…
We have rented property through Keystone for 4 years. The service was brilliant, they were honest and quick in response. We had some issues during our renting period and all was resolved pretty quick without chasing up. When we found our new home we left the property in the same condition as received, all clean & ready for the next tenant. We have received back our deposit in full. Apparently, we have overpaid £60 for the final inspection, this was pointed out by Keystone staff and returned to our account within a few days.
We would not hesitate to recommend them. Great service.
Keystone took £350 from my brother knowing that they would fail the back ground check deliberately taking money is FRAUD and they wont refund his money

Always a superb experience. Staff are amenable, knowledgeable and patient. Facilities are good, salerooms varied and the cafe is fantastic.
I will not be bidding at TW Gaze again because of the way they handle absentee / live bidding. I keep finding I am unable to bid only to receive excuses and apologies afterwards. Apart from the annoyance factor for me, I feel sorry for the vendors who thereby do not obtain the hammer prices they should. If I were to want to sell anything at auction locally, I would go to Durrants in Beccles.
Martin & Co were the agents that helped with the sale of a local property for me recently. From the get go they were very transparent and upfront with the fees that they would charge and the scope of the service that they would provide in selling the house. The property was very promptly listed and a buyer sought almost immediately. Tamara was very knowledgeable of the local market, made excellent recommendations on the sale and was greatly professional and pragmatic throughout. I would definitely recommend this service from Martin & Co to anyone thinking of selling their home in the near future.
Works with lettings hub for referencing which didn't bother checking my references with employer being a new company and rejected my application within minutes - agency didn't advise on this practice and won't even refund their part of the agency fee. Wouldn't recommend unless you have the most straightforward application. Unreasonable agency.
A really smart operation. I've been hugely critical of Estate Agents in the past but have found the team at WHB Stowmarket to be friendly, knowledgeable, well managed and excellent communicators. Would highly recommend.
A frustrating experience from the beginning. Matt persuaded my elderly mother to use their recommended solicitors who turned out to be an absolute nightmare. We were told that they had been used lots of times and would ensure the sale went through quickly. This was not the case. It was a catalogue of disasters from start to finish and I ended up doing the majority of the chasing and phone calls. Half way through this very stressful experience Josh and Matt then admitted that my mum was the first client to use this solicitor so we felt lied to and misinformed. Josh was poor at returning phone calls or keeping my mum informed throughout the sale and his favourite one liner which was not helpful is "I get that". Not a professional response when you are ringing for the umpteenth time to tell him how frustrated you are. I would not use William Brown again. We have had no apology for their poor service.
