My property was placed on the market in Dec 2014 and a sale was agreed within weeks. Unfortunately, soon after a serious incident occurred involving my property with a vehicle impact causing extensive damage. Little did I know at the time that this would result in an 18 month dispute with the drivers insurance company resulting in my loss of sale. Throughout this difficult period, Blundells continued to support me in providing the necessary information as requested. After finally winning the legal battle with the drivers insurance company, several months elapsed whilst the property was being renovated to its original high standard. Blundells maintained their involvement in providing a very efficient and professional service throughout and the house was placed on the market once again. Thought every stage of the process, totalling 785 days, I was updated continuously by Chris (Sales Negotiator) who provided me with all the information and kept me well informed on a regular basis. Every aspect of the house sale from start to finish was handled by Blundells superbly and I cannot praise them or thank them enough for their excellent customer service. Definitely worth using if you are in this part of Sheffield. Thank you once again to Chris and the team!
