8th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)I was purchasing through Reaston Brown and found them extremely personable. Their communication was excellent and the team felt caring and considerate which made the process, which unfortunately ended in my purchaser pulling out late in the process, a lot less traumatic with the helpful and friendly Sally helping her seller and ourselves through the process. I certainly hope we can purchase through them. And if i lived in the area i would not hesitate to engage them to sell my property - i would feel safe in their hands.
6th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!

Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell! There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain! We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch. Thank you very much Nicole, Ian and Sarah - Highly recommended!!

On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

Completely incompetent

Despite there being difficulties with the chain collapsing at one point, they constantly kept us updated and chase the others in the chain to get things moving again. Would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone

Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.

From day one, Victoria showed a professionalism and a knowledge of the local area. She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. From enquiries to viewings arranged, Victoria made ensured that we were supported and informed throughout the entire journey. Her guidance in presenting the bungalow to show it at it's best and expert advice made the whole experience much less stressful than we initially thought. Moreover, everyone we interacted with in the Chinnor team was friendly and knowledgeable, which made us feel confident and at ease. Their professionalism, combined with their warm and friendly approach truly sets them apart. Thank you, Victoria for a positive experience. Our house sale was a little more difficult, due to selling while tenanted. Thanks to Laura’s patience, kindness, flexibility and communication skills we secured a sale which I do not believe we would have done with another estate agency.
