A Change in Service from YM

After a positive start with YM in September, I've noticed a shift in their service. While initial interactions were promising, recent experiences have been less satisfactory.
It's become difficult to reach a representative, particularly when seeking assistance with landlord-related matters. This disparity in responsiveness between tenant and landlord concerns me. It feels as though landlord inquiries are often placed on the back burner.
While tenant satisfaction is undoubtedly important, a more balanced approach that prioritizes both parties would be ideal.
