25th Aug 2024 (20 weeks ago)Hi I have put the offer that’s what they sad to me And they just said to me is sold How can something be sold without letting me know we have someone offered more money and I said I will pay more for it they said no They got some cash from the buyer so never trust Livermore in Crayford I will be writing to the seller to say I have offered more for the property but they been paid not to come back with my offer forward I will be sharing all in Crayford community so they can see never to trust Livermore in Crayford

I felt they really looked after both me and my landlord in terms of our tenancy. It’s hard to find agencies that really care and I simply can’t recommend these guys enough!

16th Jan 2024 (11 mo. ago)8 Years I had been living in a property managed by Lisa and her team. When we had any issues in the property it was dealt with the next day. We had regular tenant visits from Lisa and her team and nothing was to much for them. Only reason we left was because we bought a house. I wish them all the best.
1st Nov 2024 (10 weeks ago)We had a great experience working with Clifton & Co and their team, particularly Sarah from the Dartford branch, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They were consistently helpful and accommodating, especially with arranging multiple viewings and supporting us through the renegotiation process after the survey. Communication was generally strong, though there was a slight delay in notifying the seller about removing certain items from the house, which unfortunately meant this wasn't done, hence, my 4 star rating. However, despite this minor oversight, the service provided was excellent, and we would happily recommend them to others.
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

We have never felt out of the loop, phone calls, emails at every stage of the sale. The work they did on brochure was first class. All the viewers to the property were shown around in a friendly professional manner. Thank you.

While initial interactions were promising, recent experiences have been less satisfactory. It's become difficult to reach a representative, particularly when seeking assistance with landlord-related matters. This disparity in responsiveness between tenant and landlord concerns me. It feels as though landlord inquiries are often placed on the back burner.
