Some may consider a one (wo)man band estate agency to be disadvantageous. On the contrary in our experience this turned out to be the strength of Bonds. Rowena’s 30 years of experience working locally were invaluable. She followed her instincts in setting the asking price rather than simply doing it by comparing to other properties on our street on Right Move. She also provided a very personalised service guiding us and advising us through the sales process at every stage and taking our personal circumstances into account. Communication was excellent with both us and the purchasers. Very professional, experienced, very accessible and helpful.
