19th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)Absolutely shocking experience with CJ Hole Downend.<br><br>I viewed a property, completed all the requested checks with the person on the phone, and promptly sent over proof of funds a few days later and everything else they asked for. After that, I heard absolutely nothing back.<br><br>I emailed four times and called twice trying to get an update. Not a single response to any of my emails, and no meaningful communication whatsoever. Then, without any notification or courtesy update, I noticed the property had been marked as Sold STC.<br><br>If the property had gone to another buyer, that's fair enough, but completely ignoring a serious applicant who has taken the time to provide all the required documents is incredibly unprofessional. Basic communication and customer service seem to be lacking.<br><br>A complete waste of time and a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend CJ Hole Downend based on how I was treated.
