They looked after the process totally and gave me some sage advice particularly when one buyer pulled out. I must give a shout out to Angela Hunsdon who was a pleasure to deal with she always kept me informed as to what was happening at all times and Ian Osborne who talked me through the whole process.

A complicated sale involving multiple parties, probate etc but Dan was calm, professional and kept us in the loop at all times. Kindness, patience and always quick to respond to any queries. We looked around the property in the morning and by the afternoon we were told we could have it, all the documents were sent promptly with clear instructions. Both very friendly, approachable and patient. Couldn’t recommend your move enough.

We absolutely love our new place, and Bradley made the entire tenancy process incredibly straightforward. He was completely on top of things from day one and a total pleasure to deal with. He kept us updated every step of the way and transparent about what was needed and expected. Everything went perfectly on the day we moved in, and we are just so thankful for how much pressure he took off us. Thank you again ??.
