10th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.
19th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Id used someone else at first who couldn't sell the house due to poor pictures and inaccurate valuation. I switched to sinclair who were professional, swift and fantastic right from the word go. Their automated feedback systems kept me in the loop and courtesy calls from the agents occasionally helped reassure all was well. Within 6 weeks the house was sold at asking price! Couldn't ask for more. If you need experts for this area, look no further.
4th Oct 2026 (30 days ago)Everything went smoothly and they always answer any questions quickly.
20th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.
10th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Michael & Rhys have been fantastic during our property sale. We were kept updated throughout the conveyancing process and they have both been on hand to help us when needed. I would highly recommend Astons & Co, Syston, a genuine local agent, offering competitive fees with great service to match. Many thanks Martin & Stephanie Fox, Queniborough.
11th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)The review of anonymous on 5 Aug 25 is particularly apposite and accurate in every respect. The team has been amazing in every respect. If I had to single out anyone for laudatory comments it would be Lisa, Libby and Amanda. They have all gone above and beyond,
15th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)All round excellent service. Couldn’t have wished for better!!!
6th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very in formative and knowledgeable about the market and area always on the other end of phone for chat and up date. Danielle was really good at his job.
19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I would like to thank Lucy and the Smart Move team for their excellent service. Lucy was very helpful, friendly and professional throughout the process. She made everything easy and stress-free. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend Smart Move. Thank you, Lucy!
26th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend Homemove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

1st Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.
9th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)They have been swift in getting the photos of the property and have everything advertised online. Viewings were scheduled with due notice and prospective buyers have been identified quite quickly.
6th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)I had a great experience with Home Property & Letting Agents in Leicester when purchasing my home. The whole process was smooth, well organised, and handled professionally from start to finish.

The team was friendly, helpful, and always available to answer my questions. They kept me informed throughout the process and made everything as stress-free as possible.

Thank you for your excellent service and support. I would highly recommend Home Property & Letting Agents to anyone looking to buy or rent a property in Leicester.
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
18th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Fantastic company, dealt with the purchase of my property quickly and efficiently
10th Oct 2026 (24 days ago)Did not fulfill obligations
26th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)I would highly recommend Osprey Property to anyone thinking of putting their property on the market. The whole team at Melton Mowbray office have been amazing. From the initial start to valuing the property to getting it online and now to accepting an offer. I cannot fault Holly and Libby. The communication between us all has been excellent. Always answered the phone and email. It has been such an easy experience selling our property, although we havent fully completed just yet. I wouldnt hesitate to using you again.
31st Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Exceptional service by Sam and Sarah. Thank you for all your assistance with the sale of our property.
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)?????

I honestly couldn’t recommend Shairoz and the team at Main Estate enough. As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting at times, but they were so supportive and helpful from start to finish. Shairoz was always there to answer my questions, talk me through everything and make sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way.

They went above and beyond in helping with not only the house purchase, but also the mortgage and solicitor side of things, which made such a huge difference. It really felt like they genuinely cared about helping me get into my first home rather than just seeing me as another customer.

I’m so grateful for all their help, patience and support throughout what was such a big milestone for me. Thank you so much to Shairoz and the whole team! ??

15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Appalling appalling appalling. Would give zero stars for this agency. Do not use at all costs!
2nd Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)We decided to use Riva Lily after our daughter recommended them to us after following them on social media. Must say, everything was as they said and we were very happy with the photos and service. The group whatsapp was easy for keeping in touch and we liked the fact they handled the viewings for us. Very happy to recommend them in Loughborough.
