Absolutely shocking from start to finish. They call themselves an estate agency but honestly couldn’t run a kids party. Communication was poor, organisation was chaotic and I constantly had to chase for updates and answers. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating and completely lacking in professionalism. Simple issues took far too long to resolve and there seemed to be very little accountability throughout. I would strongly advise people to avoid using this agency based on my experience. Terrible!... Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.... Read more

Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.... Read more

I found Peter Alan quite unpleasant to deal with. Despite clearly stating multiple times that we were happy with our current mortgage broker, they repeatedly pressured us to arrange a meeting with theirs. This led to excessive calls—sometimes three or four times a day—which quickly became frustrating. Additionally, when we identified another property of interest, it was extremely difficult to get through to them.
