17th Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Christine from Darlows is. easy to deal with ,i cant belive my house is now sold subject to contract .for a price i am happy with all in around 30 days ,she really knows the area ,i think with Darlows even though there fees are a little more ,you are paying for the amazing diversity of contacts they have .I was really impressed with them ,i bought the house from Christine at Darlows Tonypandy and now sold with them .So i have seen both sides of the coin and am very impressed a 5 star service all the way

4th Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Rented a few properties from Phillips homes as had to down size. There was a few issues with the first property which was damp due to condensation. Asked for advice to remedy this and staff attended and gave advice on what I needed to do and how they could help resolving the condensation and now all is good. Unknowingly I wasn’t venting the property as I should which seams to be common with terraced houses in the valley. New Humidity Extractors were installed kitchen/bathroom. Problem solved. Can’t thank the staff at the office enough.<br>Great service even though they were extremely busy.<br>Thanks again ??????
28th May 2026 (16 weeks ago)Absolutely shocking from start to finish. They call themselves an estate agency but honestly couldn’t run a kids party. Communication was poor, organisation was chaotic and I constantly had to chase for updates and answers. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating and completely lacking in professionalism. Simple issues took far too long to resolve and there seemed to be very little accountability throughout. I would strongly advise people to avoid using this agency based on my experience. Terrible!

1st Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

14th Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Lowri was exceptional. Nothing was out of her way and response to any and all questions was great. Lowri made the whole process very straight forward and simple for us. We were in a pickle trying to find somewhere asap and it only took 4 days including viewing the property to being ready to move in. Would highly recommend Chapman's and Lowri in particular
