   I sold my house a few months ago using Stevens and Carter and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!<br><br>Unfortunately, my house sale experienced some difficulties that were through no fault of the team, but were due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control, including mortgage offers for a buyer falling through and the sale therefore being unable to proceed. However, the team were incredibly quick to get us back on the market. Viewings were consistent, with detailed feedback provided, and ultimately I had competing offers to choose between when selling.<br><br>Expert advice was always available when needed and was explained in simple, easy-to-understand terms. The team always returned calls and messages promptly, and if one agent wasn’t available, the others made sure they knew what was going on so they could pick up any queries, providing a genuinely seamless service.<br><br>John, Sam, Samuel, Lucy and Nick all went above and beyond to get my sale through, and I couldn’t thank them enough.
