12th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)My wife and I have been house hunting for a little bit now, and have felt that the staff at R&L have been really helpful. We've had a few viewings with them and although we're still on our journey we've found the knowledge the agents have imparted upon us to be very insightful. Especially Nick Ashford - and incredibly helpful chap! Really knows his stuff, and it's very refreshing to not feel pressured into a purchase. We had a couple of viewings with him, and although we still haven't found 'The One' we felt that he understood our position as a growing family. While we are still on the search, if we find the right property through Royston & Lund we will be very happy.
20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
