6th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. Many, many thanks to you all!
16th May 2021 (2 years ago)Very poor. 1 viewing in 12 weeks. Incorrect information on house details and plan. Changed agent sold house in 6 weeks. When I emailed to view a property with them - no response. No wonder they dont sell houses!
25th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)We have used Hodsons several times over a 24 year period ,both to buy and to sell our homes. A really friendly, efficient and pro active team who keep you informed with real integrity throughout the whole process. We would highly recommend the entire team at Abingdon and Didcot. If they didnt know a particular question we had , they would find out promptly and ALWAYS returned our calls .A thoroughly pleasant, approachable and staff. Thank you all so much.

We dealt with a number of estate agents during our house sale and search, selling with other agents first. Winterbrooks were by far the best. You won't regret buying or selling via Winterbrooks

12th Sep 2018 (5 years ago)Have rented premium properties >3K in North Oxford and the area for many years, using multiple agencies. This is one of the worst agencies in Oxford, only exceeded in their general incompetence by Finders Keepers.
4th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)We have just bought and sold with Hillier and Wilson. Their local knowledge was a great bonus in getting us into our new home. The whole team were always available to answer questions or deal with chain issues in a quick and positive manner. Carol, in particular, was a major driving force in liaising with solicitors and the rest of the chain to get the whole chain to completion. I would thoroughly recommend them, whether buying or selling.

We were constantly informed on where we were with the purchase of our home which was invaluable to us after the huge let down we had with another agent. Would recommend Katy and Strutt & Parker with the utmost confidence.

4th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)Northwood have been spectacular in their client care and effort to avoiding the collapse of our sale. They have gone to great lengths to keep communication frequent and clear between all parties involved. Could not recommend them any more than I already do.

Together with his business partner Chris Mobbs they created plenty of viewings culminating in a good sale price. The marketing strategy was above and beyond others and the communication always timely and helpful. Overall we feel that F&C offer a very professional and personal service.

18th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
