They were bang on with the valuation and their sole agency fee was incredibly realistic for my property. I would recommend this estate agent.

9th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).

We were nervous about the rental market as we have had bad experiences with another estate agent from a different company. He was quick to update us on the process of the tenancy, knew all about the property and always so polite and happy to answer any worries or questions we had. I would highly recommend using Henry Adams and thank you Byron for all your help!!

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

28th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I recently used Strutt & Parker at Chichester to sell my home. I cannot fault the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. My sale was particularly protracted, but Strutt & Parker supported me every step of the way and ensured that the sale came to a successful conclusion, despite a number of setbacks caused by a related sale further up the chain. It was only the care and attention that Strutt & Parker took that ensured the sale kept on track. Wonderful service.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

From the get go we felt so comfortable, she was so knowledgeable, answered all 400 thousand of our questions, kept us informed throughout and is just such a lovely person to liaise with. I never knew the process could feel so easy. If I had 100 properties I would choose her every time. I really can’t recommend her enough!
