I have never had any issues with my tenants until recently when due to Stephen Counden and Eliot Mortimer's quick response we managed to mitigate the situation before it got worse. I cannot thank them both enough for their support and effort made to come to a good outcome for all. This was extremely stressful for both me and them included and I really feel they went over and above what was expected. Thanks again to you both

He communicated very well with us throughout the process, and also worked well with the agents for our onward purchase, ensuring we were always in the loop with what was going on.

He has went above and beyond to help me with my search, regardless of the time of day or the query, he was a wonder to deal with on my property search. Even though I didn’t end up renting through JAR, he has still been on standby for updates and to be able available should I need any help. I wouldn’t think twice of consulting JAR for my property needs in the distant future.

Due to her age, I looked after her property sale - the only input she made was appointing Salters. It was the correct decision. Alan, Hannah and the rest of the team at Salters are the opposite of almost every other estate agent we’ve used; They are absolutely SUPERB. They fly in the face of your stereotypical agents, as they genuinely care. They are extremely professional, always come back to you (when they say they will), they know your house chain inside out and they are completely reliable. Alan even came back to me when he had Covid. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough, as they hugely lessen the anxiety and stress of a house move. We work to house young people who may not have the credit, rental history or high income that many agents and landlords require, so need a flexible approach. Krishna and her colleagues were extremely helpful and collaborative in finding a solution that worked to get our client, the tenant, housed and also provided adequate security to put the landlord's mind at ease. Consistent, respectful and empathetic communication at all times - much appreciated.
