Good advice was given in a timely manner and subsequent successful sale. Special thanks to Marcy Campbell in the Ormskirk office.

Was really helpful to be able to speak to any member of the team who could always answer my questions . Always explained everything in detail . Would highly recommend Abode if need an estate agent .

She was professional, supportive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, and she managed any issues calmly and efficiently. These guys will tell you everything you want to here to get the keys in your hands, once they are, they no doubt start laughing, everything we where told about the property we've taken and the landlord is an absolute farce, I've had 17 landlords in my life, this current one is by far the worst, and the property the 2nd worst, although at least in the worst one I could reach the property manager to get work done and have no issues paying rent, everything with the current landlord is an impossibility, and W&E reckon she's and I quote 'very friendly and always willing to help, she'll always respond', they must know a different landlord, because they sure as hell aren't talking about this one.
