From the moment I booked my viewing, his communication was excellent; friendly, clear, and prompt. He even called me just 20 minutes after my first viewing to check how it went, which made me feel genuinely valued as a client. Throughout the process, he answered every one of my many questions with patience and detail, no matter how small they seemed. His knowledge of the property was spot on, and his timely updates meant I was never left wondering what was happening next. Solomon made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly cares, listens, and delivers, Solomon is the one to ask for!

11th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unprofessional Receptionist! (Didn’t explained to the dr what happened with me!) Arrived 5 mins late just because it’s my first time to go for “register only”and the receptionist said you are late!! I was looking for a car park and I parked my car 10 minutes away from the dentist as I couldn’t find a space and I moved new to this area!! I explained that but there was no mercy! And it was raining and she saw me i came with a little baby with pram!! They also didn’t say arrived earlier than your appointment in about 5mins when i spoke to them on the phone! (When I arrived she told me that!) It’s only a form you need to give it to me get my details!! I don’t know why she didn’t let me do the form as the dentist was empty no one in or waiting!! Plus the receptionist didn’t welcoming!! Very bad service will never go back to this dentist !

He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who what’s an excellent service.

18th Mar 2026 (19 days ago)If I could score zero I would… I had a very disappointing experience with Nelson’s Estate Agents, specifically dealing with a sales agent named Aston and no support from the branch manager Muniza. I paid £9,000 in advance for what was presented to me as full access to a rental property. However, when I later met the landlord directly, I was informed that this was not the case and that only part of the property would be available—contradicting what had been communicated to me by Aston. Following this, I was told I would receive a full refund as the landlord decided not to proceed. Despite this assurance, I have now been waiting over a month with no refund, despite multiple emails and calls. This company is now telling me that my money is not with them and there is nothing they can do to help me. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to ensure that all details are clearly confirmed in writing and verified directly where possible before making any payments. Further I would not recommend doing business with them at all if your money will not be protected. I am currently taking further steps to resolve this matter.

19th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)My experience with Latimer was alarming and left me feeling intimidated and unsafe. Communication was aggressive and hostile, and I was spoken to in a way I consider insulting, demeaning, and professionally unacceptable. The level of pressure and intimidation I experienced was so severe that I needed mental health support afterwards.<br><br>They attempted to keep my deposit using claims I dispute as untrue and unsupported by evidence. When I asked for everything to be handled properly through the formal deposit protection process (where the deposit is registered), they still obstructed and did not engage in a straightforward, evidence-based resolution. Instead, it felt like pressure and bargaining to make me accept deductions.<br><br>If you have paid rent in advance, be extremely cautious. Despite money already being paid, I was still told I “owed” the landlord. I was also given information about what I could and couldn’t do to escalate, and what “regulators say”, which did not match what I later found when checking official guidance myself — and it felt like this was being used to discourage formal escalation.<br><br>I escalated because this conduct cannot be ignored — they have to be dealt with through formal processes.<br><br>If you rent through Latimer, protect yourself: keep everything in writing, save every message, log every interaction, take dated photos/videos, keep inventories and receipts, and insist that any claim against your deposit is proven through the scheme’s formal dispute route. Based on my experience, the way this was handled fell far below what any tenant should have to tolerate.

Left me in rent arrears but yet managed to pay themselves and take deposits when shouldn’t have. Owe me money on a epc safety check and refuse to pay me back. All around terrible experience.
12th Mar 2026 (25 days ago)I am writing this behalf of my uncle because he doesn’t speak English last year he rented a flat from these people they all so speak Turkish so my uncle paid them admission fees which by law they don’t have the right to ask him for admission fees but they did why because my uncle doesn’t speak English and he’s only been in uk for one and half years and then they asked him for weeks rent 2 months deposit again buy law they can only ask 4 week’s and when he left the flat they only give his one moths rent back said to him we only had one month deposit of yours horrible people

We found the agency’s conduct throughout the transaction to be deeply unprofessional. Key information was withheld, communication was evasive, and there appeared to be no regard for transparency or ethical standards. Rather than acting as honest brokers, they consistently acted in ways that undermined trust and fairness. We are now dealing with the legal and financial consequences of this experience — and I would strongly advise others to be extremely wary.

It was quite hard to arrange a viewing with the sellers but I really felt like Vito really looking out for me throughout the whole process and wanted the best for me as a person, not just for the sale. This didn't go unnoticed and I'm really grateful for this.

They were all professional, friendly and most importantly realistic in a difficult market. Selling a house is one of the most stressful life events but Jack made it as smooth as it could be. We were given a credible selling price – not something other estate agents were keen to do - and help in presenting the house for sale so that it sold within a few weeks. We were also kept up to date after each viewing with detailed and helpful feedback which was absolutely invaluable. Jack then guided us through the sale process and helped iron out a few complications that arose. It was refreshing to deal with a team that was straightforward and upfront with no smoke and mirrors to navigate.
