1st Feb 2026 (7 days ago)Outstanding Service, Smooth Process and Super Helpful Team. I recently rented through Your Move in Whitton, and the entire process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Ashton was fantastic, he made the viewing easy and informative, handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently, and ensured everything was in order so we could collect the keys without any hassle. Plus the team’s overall support, to make it feel genuine and enthusiastic.

8th Dec 2025 (9 weeks ago)My friend has used this agency to manage their property and they have placed a tenant that based on her income cannot afford to rent and has been in arrears from the beginning of the tenancy. This agency has collected their fees upfront so they are not motivated to ensure the tenant pays rent. They have done no referencing, affordability checks and has in fact lied about the tenants background. Do not use this agency to rent out your property.

27th Jan 2026 (12 days ago)Tristan Redburn was the third estate agent we had, after 2 failed sales. The service he provides goes way way beyond any other agent, and he quickly found us a buyer who actually got to completion. Tristan was available literally 24/7; we felt like we were his only clients (we weren't!) and he was highly professional and exceptionally flexible throughout. Having found us a buyer he chased the conveyancing process to ensure there were no delays, pushing to maintain momentum while also keeping a friendly, approachable manner. He gave good advice and steered us through difficult negotiations. We would 100% recommend him to anyone; he is absolute gold. Can't recommend him highly enough.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Communicative and transparent with us from start to finish and guiding us through every step to ensure we didn’t miss out on our purchase. She was great at keeping all parties involved on track to meet deadlines and was easily reached whenever needed (even out of hours!). Sevi and Javed are a great team to ensure the job gets done whilst keeping everyone happy!

Jaz regularly updated me whenever necessary. He was friendly and approachable but most importantly professional at all times. The whole process was completely stress free and I would not hesitate to recommend Century 21. Truly a first class service and one where I always felt I was on ‘top of the pile!’ Can’t thank you enough Jaz for all your help and support…. I’m sure you will go far in the business!!!

20th Jan 2026 (19 days ago)I cannot recommend Seymours highly enough if you are looking to sell your property in Staines. We had a couple of sales fall through with other agents so went with Seymours this time and they went above and beyond to ensure the sale progressed and completed. Huge thanks to Alan and Gary for all their support throughout the process, the team are all so friendly and we felt really supported even during tense times. One thing Seymours do differently which we felt made a big difference was to have a dedicated sales progressor (Alan). Other estate agents we've had before kept this with the estate agent and the sale slowed down and eventually fell through so would really commend Seymours for this. We had really lost a lot of hope (and any excitement) about moving house due to past situations but because of Seymours we have now moved and couldn't be more grateful. Couldn't recommend more!

While we proceeded with the purchase because the home fit our specific needs, the experience with the agency itself was far from ideal. The customer management felt transactional and overly pushy, lacking the professional courtesy I expect when making such a significant purchase. The aggressive approach made the process unnecessarily stressful. Although we bought the property, I would not choose to engage with Foxtons again to buy or sell due to the poor quality of service. The added rating of 3 is for a somewhat better experience with another Foxton team in the process.
