We purchased our new house through Knight Frank (with Charlotte Mantle as the point of contact), the process was smooth and we were kept well up to date with the progress of the transaction. One thing in particular that impressed me was the regular contact that KF had with our estate agents and solicitors, this regular communication meant that the whole chain was being managed with the same expectations. Beware and avoid at all costs or say bye to your deposit and nerves! These people are systematically there to rip off tenants during and after tenancy. Smiley and friendly Vinoath (who is the only professional person) will be quick and efficient in finding you a flat and getting the move in done. Then the nightmare starts with Natalie and Joanne, who will do anything to blame the customer as opposed to help. The worst is the check-out when Pritesh and team will do anything to get your money/deposit. The company representative told us that rarely do they such a flat in such tidy and clean condition returned as we did. And 3 weeks later we receive a request by Pritesh to pay 400 GBP for 'hooks' on the wall that had been there at move in and a mosquito found in a sink etc after us having done general cleaning. I have copied below the original "deduction sheet" below so you see 1st hand how they work. When asked for invoices for the work done for the 'deductions' they can't present anything, but instead of ever admitting faults on their side will go into e-mail ping pongs with you and your only way out with them is to sue them which we will do ! Good luck to anyone dealing with them! KFH Chiswick were fantastic throughout the whole sales process - and especially during post sales when we had a few issues with conveyancing and the chain above us. At valuation, KFH showed better knowledge of my area and building than other agents and also had great suggestions on sales strategy. During the sales process, they were communicative and considerate with viewings and very helpful with negotiations (we sold at asking price). And with post-sales, Charlie at KFH seemed to know more about our whole buying / selling chain than any other agents involved and he was pivotal in getting the sale through just in time for us to avoid an increase in stamp duty. Big thanks to Charlie especially and also to Rupert and Ramsey!... Read more

Beware of this agency. Slick smooth talking operator only have their own self interest. They manipulate the tenant and landlord Into unnecessarily long term 3 year deals and take all their commission and huge contract fees upfront. The landlord won’t see a penny for 3-4 months. They do not make this clear!... Read more

We had been on the property market for 6 months with multiple failed chain transactions through other agencies before we met Move Inn Estates. From the moment we met the team we knew we were in good hands. We had the pleasure of working with Gurleen, Jags and Talvir. On our first viewing of the property which we now live in, we fell in love with the home and knew it was the one. Gurleen and Jag’s helped secure the property for us with the seller. With the property market being so overwhelmed during the pandemic, we knew we had to be on top of things to ensure the purchase went through smoothly. We were in touch with Gurleen most days and she was very efficient with dealing with any queries that arose during the whole transaction. She was a huge bridge between the seller’s solicitor, our solicitor and us and was very reassuring during the process which took some of the stress away. During the process we unfortunately lost our buyer for the house we were selling, the buyer was from a different estate agent. We were worried that we would lose our onward purchase. Move Inn Estates stepped in and helped us quickly find a new buyer to reform the chain to retain our onward purchase. They secured a new buyer within two weeks. During those two weeks we had the pleasure of Talvir and Gurleen accompanying the potential buyers during the viewings. Both Talvir and Gurleen were very professional during their viewings. As soon as our new buyer was secured for the property we were selling, Move Inn Estates pushed along the transaction to ensure exchange and completion could go through as quick as possible. This is a long overdue review as we moved back in August and its now November. All I can say is, Move Inn Estates helped us purchase our dream home. We would recommend getting in touch with the team for your next property purchase/sale. The whole team is a delight to work with and they have a very much family type feeling in the way they run their business.... Read more

I confirmed a viewing. But on the day of the viewing, I could never get through to the agency, they wouldn't answer my call so I didn't know whether the viewing was actually confirmed. And since we couldn't get a hold of this agency at all, we weren't sure where the property truly was as the address they gave us didn't match with maps or anything. We waiting around and the agent didn't show up. Wasted time, petrol and a potential offer. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!... Read more

A thoroughly stressful and unpleasant experience using Laurels. Rob at Laurels repeatedly let us down whilst marketing our property, Was unresponsive, often not responding to calls or emails. We have some suspicions of being misled or worse, lied to, regarding offers received on our property. I should stress these are suspicions at this stage and investigations into this are ongoing. In our opinion, the poor service from Rob at Laurels cost us a perfect home to move into and almost lost the seller of this home thousands of pounds through loss of a deposit. My personal recommendation would be to save yourself the stress and hassle and go with agents with a long track record of excellent customer service. In Epsom, Cairds are a much better agent in my opinion and charge the same fees as Laurels, or Greenfields in the Surbiton area. Please don’t be misled by the notion that Laurels are much cheaper than well established High Street Agents are this certainly wasn’t the case in my experience. My advice, avoid.... Read more

My experience with Chase Buchanan and in particular Gareth Vaughan has been very positive. There have been days when I have called Gareth several times in quick succession and he is unfailingly courteous and helpful. Gareth is also one of the most proactive estate agents I have dealt with and I have observed him thinking outside the box to resolve an issue. As a prospective tenant hunting for a property, I think it is always nice to feel that the agent is aligned with you and right there beside you on the hunt with you. These dreadful agents, didn't show up for arranged viewings, then I lost a property on the day of exchange to another Chase Bucanon client who was being looked after by another negotiator in the same office.
