9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)I had lots of viewings and the team tried very hard but the timing of the sale coincided with the other factors that would make the sale quite challenging. I was not willing to compromise hugely which is not why I decided to sell my property. I did drop the price a bit but wasn't willing to go below a certain level. The team were fab. They communicated with me all the time

His professionallism and communication to all parties was key to getting the ball rolling and things moving quickly. He single handedly project managed the sale, which was on a chain, liaising with client, buyer (us), both solicitors, buyer estate agents and all parties involved, making sure evertrhing was progressing well. His communication and follow up was fantastic, keeping everyone in the loop and on the same page. Very impressed with Hamptons, and specifically Rory Clarke in managing the sale process in Richmond.

As well as Graham, James and Chris were both extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. With the help of this great team the whole process felt easy and smooth throughout. Louis and the team were incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process. They understood that buying a house can be a whirlwind, and that plans can change along the way. Aman is very helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. I decided to take the flat within just a few of days which is the fastest for me.I cannot recommend enough these kind and very efficient agents, they really took a personal interest in us and went beyond what was expected. Needless to say, we are very very happy that we found KFH.

But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
