I have used Antony Roberts (Kew) for the letting and management of my house for the past couple of years, they have always been really honest, straight talking and pleasant to deal with, unlike other agents I have dealt with over the years.
I cant recommend Hanya and her team highly enough.
Extremely helpful and pleasant staff. You are always welcomed with a smile when visiting the Kew Lettings office.
As to their ability at finding excellent tenants and providing a market valuation, market conditions their service is second to none.

I had a great experience using Foxtons in Chiswick High Road and especially from the help I have received from Carlo Crismann whilst I was searching for a new apartment to rent. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and he would pay attention to what I was looking for. He would make recommendations and he would offer his expertise and advise but he would never add pressure on me or he would never try to lead me to fast decision. I would recommend this branch and Carlo
Terrible company. Only interested in profit. Eventually had to release us from tenency early due to extreme damp in property after involving the local council. Before we did they were completely unhelpful and only seemed to care before you sign a contract. Terrible customer service. My "account manager" Alan was totally incompetent and very rude. He had poor communication skills and let us down on countless occasions. Saying he would call then wouldn't bother. Do not use Foxtons.
Really lovely and friendly staff. The whole process was extremely smooth and overall is was a very positive experience. Thank you James Anderson - Barnes!
Totally not a good agency. Not helping on time they olny work for a Landlord not tenants. Total rubish. They do not tell you the truth when you having a view whether the house has such problem and once you move in they just delay so long time. They do not care tenant's right.
Richard Tann has been very friendly and fast in helping us with our move and negotiating the terms with the Landlord,
I'm glad every aspect worked out smoothly.
Orchards of London (Acton branch) has been consistently unprofessional in our experience. It has been a one sided interaction with replies to emails that are generally requests from their side whereas emails from us have been largely unanswered. Our issue started the day we moved in. There were errors with the contract and paperwork and despite promises from their side, the house was not cleaned up when we moved in. This week, they requested that I stay in the house for a viewing and then did not show up or bother to cancel the appointment with a total disregard for our time and schedule. There was no explaination provided and our email was disregarded. Today, they wanted to co me over and booked a viewing. They also requested that they take the only pair of keys I have (since my partner is travelling) with them to make a copy and promised to return it by 18:00 which did not occur and all the phone numbers that I have are going straight to voice mail. So its Friday evening, I would like to go out and I am stranded for the entire weekend.
Additionally, while my emails have been ignored I received a check-out notice with a fee for £234 for a check out inspection and a fee for £500 for the contract (already paid on moving in) which are numbers that we haven’t encountered in our eight years of renting various apartments across London.
We do not appreciate this behaviour from unprofessional and inconsiderate individuals and strongly take offense to being treated in this manner despite being paying customers.
Amazing customer service from James & Hollie. Really went out of their way to make the moving process comfortable and stress free. Would definitely recommend them to other friends moving into the West London area.
The staff here are amazing. The sale wouldn't have gone through without them going the extra mile. Harry in particular was very helpful through out the process.
