Anyone who has navigated the London rental market knows how rare it is to find an agency that combines true professionalism with such a personal, caring approach. From day one through to the day I moved out, Chris and his team were incredibly responsive, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. Whenever a maintenance issue arose, it was handled promptly and efficiently. I am incredibly grateful for their consistent support over the years. They truly took the stress out of renting, and I could not recommend them highly enough to both prospective tenants looking for a seamless experience and landlords seeking an agency that genuinely cares. They always got back to me and provided clear and straightforward advice. I always felt I was in safe hands. In the end, the house sale went through in 9 weeks.

19th May 2022 (4 years ago)We’re first time buyers and John D Wood were selling the home we were buying. We were shown our new home by George who was lovely. Julian in the team managed everything else, and the man is a saint. I was stressed to say the least between work and trying to buy a house in a short timeframe. No matter how testy I got, he was patient, friendly and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough of Julian, and when we eventually sell in the future he’ll be the first person we go to. Julian thank you so much for your amazing service.

Caroline, Paul and the team in Askew Road have an exceptional skill for bringing the right buyer and seller together, negotiating deals which leave all parties happy. They are warm, personable and exceedingly professional all at once. And they manage everyone’s expectations realistically and pragmatically, to be sure no one is left disappointed. I’m delighted with the service they provide and will continue to turn to them for their magic combination of skill, care and expertise.

Their knowledge of the local area, access to the market and advice are second to none. Robyn was hugely helpful, professional and knowledgeable through all stages of the sale and purchase, and Jen was absolutely lovely and so helpful in helping us rent a suitable property for the interim. Ellie spent a lot of viewings with me and listened to our must haves and picked up the apsects of homes we liked and didn't like which lead her to finding us the place that ticked all the boxes. It was a flat that I previously dismissed on Rightmove - which proves having the right agent and seeing the property makes a world of difference. As new buyers, and for me being from NZ too - this process is so different but Ellie was patient with us and supported us throughout. Having him as my sole point of contact from the initial valuation all the way through to exchange gave me complete peace of mind and made communication effortless.<br>Even in a tough market, he managed to find us a fantastic buyer. Martin was extremely proactive throughout, doing everything possible to keep the process moving smoothly. I would definitely work with him again and highly recommend him!

Claire Delaney was also brilliant, and the two of them helped us throughout with our sale, and even our onward purchase, which they didn’t arrange. Just a really excellent service all around, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.
