His professionallism and communication to all parties was key to getting the ball rolling and things moving quickly. He single handedly project managed the sale, which was on a chain, liaising with client, buyer (us), both solicitors, buyer estate agents and all parties involved, making sure evertrhing was progressing well. His communication and follow up was fantastic, keeping everyone in the loop and on the same page. Very impressed with Hamptons, and specifically Rory Clarke in managing the sale process in Richmond.

19th Jul 2024 (8 days ago)It hasn’t been a straight forward transaction since inception and KFH Chiswick have gone above and beyond to deliver the successful finale with me, as a buyer. Craig has been hugely supportive and empathetic in his dealings with me and Liam has done a fantastic job keeping the communication channel with vendors continuously open. It was definitely a team effort and I’d recommend KFH Chiswick services to anyone looking.

11th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)I don't normally review companies but My experience has absolutely been a nightmare with that company, they hold the deposit for months after you check out and they cut it as much as they want. They are so slow and they enter your flat without permission. Definitely not recommended at all.
19th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)Benham & Reeves has been very effective in managing my property for more than ten years, and I am very satisfied with the service Benham has provided. Unfortunately, the tenant did not pay rent over the past two years, which caused me a terrible experience, suffering, and financial losses. However, I was very fortunate to receive continuous great help from Kayleigh Weston, Benham's property manager. Kayleigh is very kind and responsible, always providing useful professional advice and helpful feedback to my problems promptly and patiently. She continued to help me enthusiastically with the refurbishment works after the repossession of my property. Her great assistance in solving my problems is much appreciated. Many thanks to Kayleigh.
27th Jun 2024 (30 days ago)Finding a place to rent was so stressful and at times frustrating until I met Aman at KFH Ealing. Aman is very helpful, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. I decided to take the flat within just a few of days which is the fastest for me.I cannot recommend enough these kind and very efficient agents, they really took a personal interest in us and went beyond what was expected. Needless to say, we are very very happy that we found KFH.

17th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)I would recommend James Anderson at East Sheen to anybody wishing to sell a house in the area. They were efficient and assembled a good list of potential purchases. We dealt with two people in particular, Michael Britt and Louise Reader, who supported us through what turned out to be an extremely difficult and problematic sale. They were levelheaded and practical. They went well beyond what I would've expected.

Elisha, in particular, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer any questions I had and made sure everything went smoothly and quickly. The house itself is perfect for my needs and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home. The entire renting process was stress-free and efficient, thanks to the excellent communication and assistance from Elisha and the team at Hunters Estate & Letting Agents. From initial consultation with Hussain to concluding the transaction they exceeded expectations. They are knowledgable about the local market and offer an honest and realistic appraisal. I worked with the company back in 2019 - 2021 and left due to poor management. Staff were treated so unprofessionally and it started to affect my mental health. Recently the two owners parted ways and they reached out to me again and asked if i wanted to work with them again. They promised me things have changed and the way they work is much better. I clearly did not last long there, considering that i am leaving this review 3 months after rejoining. I feel compelled to share my thoughts and insights. From the moment I rejoined the company, I noticed a concerning lack of transparency and ethical practices. The management seemed more focused on making quick profits rather than providing quality service to clients. One of the most alarming aspects of this estate agency was their consistent disregard for laws and regulations. They would often cut corners and bend rules to maximize their own gains, leaving clients vulnerable and uninformed. The lack of proper documentation, misleading advertising, and hidden fees were all common occurrences. Furthermore, there was a prevailing culture of dishonesty within the company. Agents were encouraged to use high-pressure tactics and misleading information to secure sales, often at the expense of the clients' best interests. This not only tarnished the reputation of the agency but also created an unhealthy and toxic work environment. Another concerning aspect was the lack of professionalism and accountability. Many of my colleagues lacked the necessary qualifications and experience, which resulted in poor customer service and inadequate advice. Moreover, when faced with complaints or issues, the management would often dismiss or ignore them, leaving clients frustrated and dissatisfied. Overall, my time at this dodgy estate agency was disheartening and has left a lasting negative impression. The lack of integrity, transparency, and professionalism made it impossible for me to continue working there. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly research alternative options.

But in the end, after more than 2 months, we did not have a single visit and no updates or communication from them as well. I would not choose them again or recommend it.
10th Jul 2024 (17 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Hunters West Hampstead Estate Agency. The agent failed to show up for a scheduled viewing, leaving me waiting for over half an hour. Despite calling their office twice to check on the agent’s whereabouts, there was no punctuality or communication from their side. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for clients' time is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
