I recently bought a house marketed by Savills Chiswick. My negotiator was Georgie Lintott. It is really thanks to Georgie that I found and bought this house. I had only met Georgie once briefly in her office on a Saturday morning to explain to her I was looking for a nice family house in Chiswick when 2 weeks later she called me and said I really had to come and view a house urgently as it was ticking all the boxes. Georgie was correct. I went to view the house and it was more or less perfect.
I was very grateful to Georgie to have called me that day as the house was almost put under offer.
Georgie has helped me throughout the whole process to ensure I had easy access to the property and I was given the correct information if and when needed.
Georgie was super nice to my children when they came to view the house. She is very accessible, very diligent and very professional. It's not that often we find negotiators of Georgie's calibre.
I've dealt with Savills before but the Chiswick team were great from the initial call and prompt meeting to the final sale. The process was fast and painless which makes a change these days. Harry, in particular, gave great communications during the process and were always on top of what was going on, a rarity with many agents.
Everyone at Winkworth has always been extremely friendly, quick and efficient. Very responsive. Highly recommended for both landlords and tenants. Never a problem.
Poor customer service and give you incorrect information on moving in. Told me there would be no bed so bought new one but when moved in there was a bed. Proceeded to throw old bed away and was told could not do that. Did anyway and installed new and better bed
Carlo Crismann was our letting agent and we had a GREAT experience with him. He listened to what was important to us and took his time to show us various places. The more we saw the better the places aligned to our needs (without us even fully realizing what they were) as he understood what we were looking for by seeing our responses in each place. Carlo is both professional and personable and we'd highly recommend working with him and would again in the future!

Terrible company. Only interested in profit. Eventually had to release us from tenency early due to extreme damp in property after involving the local council. Before we did they were completely unhelpful and only seemed to care before you sign a contract. Terrible customer service. My "account manager" Alan was totally incompetent and very rude. He had poor communication skills and let us down on countless occasions. Saying he would call then wouldn't bother. Do not use Foxtons.
James Matthews was so good when we sold my mother's flat that we went back to him and Whitman & Co when we had another difficult property to sell. Exceptionally good and knowledgeable, they deserve their reputation as the best Estate Agent in Chiswick.
In the process of renting a house with Whitman & Co - it's been a nightmare dealing with the estate agent. Perfect house, and we're excited to move in, however Whitman & Co are unprofessional, very fraught in their communication in the sense that one person says one thing and another will say another thing, and overall very difficult to get a hold of. I call and ask for a callback, only to call back 45 mins later and be told that person has gone to lunch - very poor ethic. Only giving 2 stars as the house is great, other than that they are unable to do their job professionally.
Very good agency with responsibility and they handle organization with the rented flat immediately if it is necessary. I would like to say thank you especially for Shaz, who is always here to help us in any query. I am happy with our home and with RSK who looks after us well.
The worst experience we've had with an estate agent. We arranged to view a flat at a certain time. We had to call the agent to see why nobody came at the appointed time. We were assured they were on their way. We waited 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Eventually two young women arrived without explanation but did not have the keys. They said someone else would be arriving and they knew nothing, as they "only work on Saturdays" as if that explained it all. The next woman arrived, by this time twenty minutes late, with another client. She walked right past us with no explanation nor apology and proceeded to enter the building with the other client. It appeared as if she expected us to follow her in. In the circumstances we had no inclination to do so and we left, having wasted a journey and at least an hour of our time on a Saturday afternoon.
