19th Apr 2020 (6 years ago)Absolutely excellent service from start to Finish. Paul was a building surveyor so as our house needed a little work he advised us of a realistic price. Martinis got lots of people over the threshold all taken personally around by Paul and we sold within two weeks. Would strongly recommend them.
6th Jan 2026 (23 weeks ago)The sale of Whirlow House was the sale of my family home of 48 years after the death of my second parent. We’d moved in, from another house in Kirby Muxloe, when I was 7 years old. Although I had moved out many years previously, the processing and clearing out of the house was a hugely emotional- not to mention physical- ordeal. I really needed an estate agent who ‘got it’ and got what it meant to me. Alex Broadley, who I did not previously know but I had seen flyers/cards for, was one of several estate agents I considered for the selling of Whirlow. It had to be Alex- he presented well and additionally, being Kirby Muxloe born and bred himself, he had unbeatable interest in the history and selling of the houses in this village especially, and crucially, he ‘got’ me. And Whirlow. And he had an accurate eye for potential buyer interest. He was also very astute and considered in dealing with my many queries. Alex made a hideous situational sale manageable and bearable and I cannot overstate the importance of that to me.
1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Charles requested proof of funds before allowing us to view a property, which we promptly provided. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and emailing multiple times without any response. This level of service is extremely disappointing—particularly for an agent of this calibre—and falls well below the standard we would expect, especially when compared to other Knight Frank offices.

Attention to detail meant that we were happy and informed as was our Buyer. An experience that could have been stressful turned out to be more than satisfactory.

26th Apr 2020 (6 years ago)At first they were really helpful, but after a few weeks we heard nothing from them. They were rarely able to do viewings, so we had to do them ourselves. There was no feedback unless we telephoned them. We were told that a specific person would be dealing with our home, but this person changed 5 times! There seemed to be obvious problems within the staff. We are very disappointed. After the lockdown we shall be changing our agent.

10th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)We had booked a viewing in advance for a 2-bedroom terraced house on Portland Place West, Leamington Spa. When we arrived, the agent unlocked the property and let us in, but remained on his phone throughout the viewing. There was no introduction, no walkthrough of the property, and no attempt to answer questions or engage with us. We were effectively left to view the property on our own and left shortly afterwards without any meaningful interaction. Unfortunately, this came across as unprofessional, no respect for our time and did not provide the level of service we would expect when attending a scheduled property viewing.
