She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel under any pressure.<br><br>Safi was very kind, approachable, and knowledgeable, and her excellent communication made the viewing an enjoyable experience. I really appreciated her helpful attitude and the time she took to ensure I had all the information I needed.<br><br>I would highly recommend Safi to anyone looking for a property. They identified numerous viewers and marketed the house well, In a difficult and rather nervy market, they stuck at it and maintained the pace, showing numerous interested parties around the house each week. They responded to my enquiries quickly and appropriately and were always available for me to pop in and discuss any questions I may have. Kirstie looked after me well. She has found a real buyer and the sale is agreed. I am indebted to her for her excellent service. Thank you.

Having dealt with a few agents while looking for property he has been nothing short of fantastic! His levels of communication are exceptional and has an approach which is totally client focussed, prioritising your best intentions and requirements.

We had struggled in the past with trying to secure a remortgage on our flat and had some poor experiences with other brokers, so we were quite desperate and stressed going into this. Leah understood our situation and respected that we needed a quick and stress-free service, with plenty of communication.<br><br>Leah was a pleasure to deal with, and even after finding a mortgage we were happy with, she continued to work in the background to find even better options. She met our every need and was so friendly and accommodating throughout. After struggling for years, she was able to find us a great deal with a good provider, and process our remortgage in record speed.
