Reed Residential found and manage a property on my behalf. Their service has been great and trouble free from start to finish. Reed provide an all round service for their tenants and landlords which makes it efficient all round. Their staff are always available to help with anything in an informative and cheerful manner. I would recommend Reed Residential for sure.
Once contract is agreed and rent payments confirmed service dramatically decreases. Lots of chasing required when repairs are needed, takes months to complete things. Had to wait 4 months to receive deposit back for fob key. Not interested in helping when trying to call in, promise to do things then required to chase and chase and chase. Property was fine but service was an absolute nightmare. Proceed only if you really like the property you're after.

Worst service I have ever received in my life. First of all, they like to disclose other parties offers on properties in order for you to counter-offer, which equals more commission for them (which is obviously all they actually care about) so don't think for one second your offer won't be told to other prospective buyers. We made an offer on a property which was ACCEPTED. Dean called my partner to say congratulations, your offer has been accepted. (They failed to tell us the property had anymore viewings) Only to get a phone call the following day to say they had another viewing today and that another buyer made a higher offer which was accepted. He then had the audacity to add further insult by telling us he had another property for sale which is similar and did we want to view it tomorrow. As if we would EVER use this agent again! I'll be sure everyone finds out what liars work at this agent. Absolute horrendous company with no morals or principles, all they are after is commission, and you will be gazumped at the first opportunity!!!!!!!!!!!!

Completely failed to mention that the previous tenant hadn't paid the gas bill so the meter had been replaced with a prepayment one. Which was bad enough, but this meant the gas supply had been cut off, because if they replace the meter, checks then have to be done internally before it can be reconnected. C&P didn't lift a finger to even remotely help get this sorted, had to do it all myself. So no heating for the first month I lived there. Which was November.
Only vaguely useful member of their team (so she's probably left and got another job by now) was Sharon who looks after organising maintenance, gas inspections, etc. Needless to say it all fell apart when she was on holiday.
Emily Avery is especially helpful and always responds to queries immediately. Emily has always gone the extra mile whenever I have dealt with her and her service has been second to none over the last few years. A pleasure to deal with.
The lettings property maintenance dept do not answer emails, phone calls or deal with any issues with any urgency whatsoever! I had a leak coming from the bathroom dripping through downstairs into the dining room, it took them 6 weeks to get someone to repair! Now we are left with mushrooms growing out of the wall in the dining room awaiting for them to arrange someone to fix the damage caused by the leak! Since the day we entered the property we complained regarding electrics not working, over 3 months later still waiting for a response let alone a repair to be sorted...
Could not of chosen a better estate agents, was not the easiest of house sales or moves and so many hick-ups along the way which was through no fault of their or our own , but boy did they really go out their way to sort things out for us, can not thank you Ross and Daniel enough , we got there in the end lol, cannot recommend you guys enough, thank you's so much, Tammy
Really pleased with Rona. My mum's bungalow was a difficult one to value but they got the price spot on. Patrick was very helpful all the way through the process. Would definitely use them again.
