Very professional, with excellent communication and most importantly, they knew how to attract the right serious buyers. They handled the viewings, kept us informed, and were very knowledgeable about the local market. A lot of estate agents are more like “marketing” companies and lack the personal touch. Aston White feels more like a professional consultancy, which is what makes them different. If you are looking to sell or buy a property in Billericay, I would suggest speaking with Aston White first. We tried a local estate agent before, and you couldn’t even compare the two.

Not only are they very professional and ensure they look after your interests, but they are genuinely very nice people, not at all pushy and all nice people. He gave us honest, accurate advice and explained the market clearly. He also shared very interesting statistics that helped us understand how buyers behave and why certain approaches work.
