It was useful to be able to pop into the shop locally , as by phone there were often other people from other branches answering! 4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Anthony Hay at True Homes went above and beyond the call of duty in relation to this sale. The property had to be sold on the death of a family member but one of the beneficiaries to the estate of the deceased made selling the property exceptionally difficult as they did all they could to obstruct the sale while at the same time demanding their inheritance from the estate (the greater part of which was of course the property which they wished to remain in rent free). Anthony calmly remained patient and eventually we overcame the obstacles and achieved the sale.

Wendy, the branch manager, was always on hand. Laurel and Lucy were great setting up and organising viewings. Lastly, hats off to Victoria for pursuing endlessly for us in sales progression. We’ve now got the keys to our wonderful new home and tucked up in bed surrounded by an endless amount of boxes to unpack. Thanks to you all.
