24th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.

22nd Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Katie the area valuer was very approachable, very knowledgeable, very punctual and goes above & beyond call of duty. After visiting the office all staff extremely friendly. Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.

16th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Really down to earth Agents, not pushy at all. I think they have a good team at Bloxwich. Will sometimes even contact you out of their operating hours. Give honest pricing to sell your home too.

1st Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)Outstanding service from Nick, Sophie and the team at Oliver Ling. 5 stars is not enough! From start to finish they were friendly, professional and communicative. There was no hard sell and Nick’s experience of the property market was invaluable during the initial viewing period. Once the offer was accepted, the team worked tirelessly behind the scenes. Nick and Sophie, kept us informed throughout the whole process, communicating with what turned out to be quite a complicated chain. Without their investigative determination we would not have known what was happening. Thanks to their knowledge and guidance, we have completed successfully. Highly recommended! Thank you all at Oliver Ling - you have been an absolute pleasure to deal with!

Adam will work very hard for you and will always get back to you when you have any questions as will Cheryl. We cannot fault their professionalism. We highly recommend these.

18th Aug 2020 (3 years ago)I’m not a person who writes reviews but Skitts have provided such a professional, high standard of service from the moment I picked up the phone for a quotation, I feel I must make the effort. Jane has been fantastic her communication is second to none, she always without fail called me when she said she would. Answered any questions in straight forward terms and always checked that I understood fully. She made me feel like a person not a number on a tick list. I was so pleased with the service I appointed Skitts to sell my Mothers house as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Skitts as I’d previously used another local Company who didn’t deliver anywhere near the service I have received selling both properties. I hope they never change from the personal service they offer it is heads above any Agency I have previously used.

Richard was worth every penny and I would recommend Gilbert Scott to anyone. We ended up moving house to a completely different area but Richard was on hand regardless of the problem. Whether it was Richards role or not, he would help out in anyway he could and was contactable at all times throughout the day. From the very beginning where Richard took expert photographs of our house right through to moving day, Richard had everything under control and ensured everything ran smoothly. Couldn't think of a single negative, 10/10!

She booked us a last minute viewing, got our offer agreed within one phone call, none of the usual games and going back and forth. Nothing is too much trouble, she replies to emails very quickly and gets information asked for. Faultless experience, alot of other agents could take a pointer or two from this company!!

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.- 18th Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
