24th May 2023 (3 years ago)Very poor level of service from day one until departure. Failed to look after our best interests as customers paying rent and basically had to deal with poor customer service throughout. Approach with extreme caution.

In a difficult market they sold the house quickly, and when the sale fell through they found another buyer within days. Steve handled a tricky negotiation with skill and offered the right advice at the right time. He was patiant, knowledgable, and took the time to go through all my financing options in great detail to help me understand and figure out what would be the best. I hadn't expected a mortgage advisor to be there for the entire buying process and it was very reassuring to know I had someone to answer my questions. It also worked well that, being in the same office, Luke could liase with the sales team at Brown and Merry and pass information through quickly.<br>The sales team were friendly and efficient and Maisie took me to see the property as many times as I needed. A great team who didn't pressure or rush me, but made buying my first house much more pleasant than I had thought it would be. Thank you!
