Throughout the process, from the first stage of valuation: the marketing of the property: arranging and dealing with the viewings and the exchange of contract, the staff and Mr Perrins have been professional, competent and kept me informed throughout. At a very difficult time they removed all the stress and I felt reassured throughout, that my mums house was in safe hands. I would highly recommend this company and wish Mr. Perrins and the team, the very best for th e future. Thank you to each and every one of you.

After visiting the office all staff extremely friendly. Josh our internal contact always returns call & keeps you up to date on all aspects. Would highly recommend this office.

13th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Let out a house on Foden Road that had rats inside the house, mould, dirty inside, stains, wires under the bath, a boiler that is not fit for purpose and then tried to tell me that the issues that were in the house previously were done my myself! I was told by Jade (ex-employee) the Landlords friend works/owns Royston & Lund so the checks were obviously not done properly prior to me moving in (explains boiler). My child suffers with Asthma and has been constantly ill GP said it was due to mould an damp but when I informed Royston & Lund they promised someone would come out but that person never did and then they served me with a Section 31! Don’t use these estate agents they are a joke!

23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)Called office to book a viewing on a flat and Paul answered the phone he was very kind and accepted us to view the property out of working hours, he arrived early at the property and very nicely showed the property and explained clearly the process of buying the property as we are First Time Buyer and we didn't known what is the process. However, I was not able to find a good property for me and my partner. Finally I found a great property with Trinity Property and explained my situation to Jay. He was a 100% supportive of the whole scenario and helped me out allot in making the process go faster. From viewing to moving in, it took only 6 days with all the process done with a huge help from Jay. I would definitely recommend Trinity Property and Jay. Thanks for all of your help.
29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Awful agency. We have been trying to view a property for a month now. Usually they don’t answer the phone/reply to emails but this week they have failed to show up for viewings twice (cancelling via email 40 minutes before). We are going to contact the seller directly. Do not sell your house with this agency, we are finding it impossible to even view never mind buy anything, house has been on the market for a long time now, reason being OPA won’t show it to anyone! No response via email or phone. Email attached was a cancellation when we were already there, didn’t show up the next day either.

Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
