I popped into the office for some advice and received a lovely warm welcome from everybody, Josh gave me some good honest advice about my home and showed a lot of professional knowledge about the local market. Shoutout to Jay, Bria and dave too! All are a real credit to the company, I will not hesitate to use them when I sell.

I saw things I didn’t see during the viewing when I moved in. Wasn’t told the full information.<br><br>And when moving in, they failed to let the accommodation know I was moving in. And when problems occur in the building, they don’t do anything.<br>If you’re thinking of moving into Vox Living, DON’T

11th Jul 2026 (22 days ago)I have always received a solid service from this Dixons, other estate agents in the area have made me feel like I'm just a number and the service has been consistently poor but Dixons I've had a few dealings with now have always been good.<br>Shout out to branch manager Darren, he hands down has been the best part of Dixons, he always gets stuff done and is honest in his approach, he clearly directs his staff well as most interactions I've had have been brilliant

However, communication of our sale performance during the marketing period could have been better. Jodie looked after the sale towards the end and kept us up-to-date on progress. She was quick to respond to queries and was just generally very helpful. Thank you again for making the process as easy as you could, it made all the difference!

22nd Nov 2025 (8 mo. ago)We placed our house on the marked with Worthingtons after trying to sell twice previously - both times we were unfortunate in our circumstances and our sales fell through. Feeling very deflated, we marketed with Worthingtons in a last ditch attempt to sell! The Rightmove pictures and listing were fantastic. We sold with Worthingtons in a couple of weeks and they did all of our viewings. Tina was brilliant at progressing the sale and keeping us informed throughout. A very effective local business who we would urge all local people to use if looking to sell in Bilbrook or Codsall. We appreciated the honesty and transparency of Helen and Tina as it is hard to come by in this field of work! A final shout out to Julie for being a lovely warm, kind-spirited and cheerful presence. Thank you for your hard work and perseverance. We would not hesitate to use Worthtingtons again and will be urging all friends and family to use them for property sales and purchases in the future! I have bought 3 Hands off investments and had great experience rents paid on time & no headache as they promised me. I get amazing rents that I didn’t know were even possible. I have also used them for selling & they were fabulous ! Recommended the investments to my colleagues also who have had similar experiences. Opa are quite different to other agents. They love what they do and are very good at it. I would specifically like to thank Zara she is literally amazing. So knowledgeable, she always wants to help and protect you. She gives very honest advice that guy can 100% trust. Even if there’s a problem. Or a stress during the conveyancing she is there fighting for you and taking the stress away.

16th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Oliver Jones helped us sell our property in Oxley and we got over asking price, his response times on everything and anything were spot on. Always knew where we were in the process. Clear, quick answers via WhatsApp/call, the Slade computer system of sending through viewings/offers/information was really clear and helpful. I can't recommend Slade enough. Would definitely use again if I went through this in future.
