   I would like to leave a heartfelt review for Savills estate agents in Wilmslow, and in particular for Sarah and Lucy. Throughout the entire process, they showed outstanding resilience, patience and professionalism, even when a number of difficult situations cropped up along the way.<br><br>What really stood out was their determination to keep going, remain positive and find solutions, rather than ever giving up. They consistently went the extra mile, handled challenges calmly and kept us fully informed at every stage. Their communication was excellent — they were quick to respond, clear in their updates and always made sure we knew what was happening.<br><br>Sarah and Lucy made a potentially stressful experience feel much more manageable through their reassurance, persistence and genuinely helpful approach.    The only thing my hubby and I weren’t completely happy with were the photos and how they had been ‘altered’ eg mums bathroom is what used to be called Whisper Pink, but all the bathroom is pure white! The bedrooms look much bigger than they are as well. I’m aware that in their Ts and Cs it says they can do that, but our opinion is that it is very misleading. However, we do no have a sale going through, so it looks like people looking to move can’t be that bothered! Snapes have been lovely with us, as it was my 100year old mums bungalow, and it was my grandpa who had it built, so it’s a very sad time tbh, but all the staff have been lovely.... Read more

    Moore Homes successfully managed the house sale for both ourselves and elderly parent together at the same time. At each stage, we were in regular contact with Helen, who was our primary contact - but because of the lovely small team there, we felt we could confidently talk with any of the staff in the office and they were able to help us with updates. Their relationship with our solicitor was good and helped to knit our sales together effectively.<br>Moore Homes feel 'homely' unlike some of the larger, more corporate estate agencies available locally - and while you could also go with their suggested solicitor, I would strongly suggest that you do your own research before agreeing to use one of them.<br>Overall, we are very happy with the service Helen and Dan and their team provided and would recommend them to family and friends....     I am not surprised to be seeing Upton George Sale boards popping up like daffodils in early Spring. I sold and bought my houses with Jonny and he was excellent in all the procedures. He gave 110% and went above and beyond to make sure my sale and purchase went all to Plan. I would certainly recommend Upton George to anyone selling or buying a property in the area. I would go as far to say, "why would you go anywhere else" Brilliant, Fantastic and he is very Knowledgeable of the area, and to add to it all, he's a very guy .
