From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, trustworthy, and attentive. Her service was truly flawless. Hayley was always a pleasure to deal with-friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything went perfectly. She kept me well-informed at every stage and went above and beyond to provide support whenever needed. She is a real credit to the company and an outstanding member of the team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone, and I look forward to hopefully working with her again in the future

Nick and all the staff pulled out all the stops to get the right buyer and were exceptional at communication. Updating me with feedback after viewings and keeping me informed as the sale progressed. They are such a good company to deal with and you feel that they genuinely have your interest at heart and are not just after earning commission. Nick will do the right thing for each individual seller or buyer. Would definitely recommend people to use them. Thank you for making what can be a stressful progress much easier.

I highly recommend them: especially Yolande and Cameron who were both very helpful, highly efficient and lovely to work with. I have dealt with lots of letting agents over the years, but I can honestly say this is the first time where the whole process was seamless and stress-free! Thank you team; I'm glad I discovered you!

Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

We’re looking from out of town and he was knowledgeable on the local area. We made an offer and a house and Harrison was fantastic throughout the negotiations. We’re looking forward to progressing further with Naylor Powell.

Then Lisa ran the sales progression very professionally. Despite a few issues with a (reasonably) long chain, Lisa kept me in touch with everything that was going on and we got there in the end. Throughout that time, she was professional, reliable, and always easy to communicate with. Leigh was particularly helpful when it came to managing the flat and dealing with any maintenance or repair issues. Whenever something needed fixing, she handled it promptly and efficiently, making the whole process smooth and stress-free for us. It was reassuring to know we could rely on him to get things sorted without delay. She was always responsive, kept us informed, and showed genuine care in making sure everything was in good order. Nothing has been too much to ask, Ryan has kept us up to date, allowed us to have a second viewing to measure up and has been lovely, easy to talk to and very professional throughout!
