Mauricio was our lettings agent from Acorn and we could not speak more highly of him. We were in contact with 10+ agents across other property management companies whilst we were searching and he was one of the only agents who felt genuine in wanting to find us a place to live. We had a great experience with team Acorn, they sold the property quickly and helped me keep my nerve during the inevitable haggling over price.
Having relocated to Devon, we sold a rental properly remotely.
Over and above selling the flat( Acorn couldn’t have been more helpful in terms liaising with tenants and ensuring the property was properly prepared for completion.
I couldn’t recommend Beth, Stuart and the rest of the team more highly.

It has been quite a journey with Damian and he is the only reason that I am with Acorn. He had better not think of leaving the company any time soon as I will definitely be taking my business with me.
On a more serious note, I first contacted Acorn almost a year ago for a valuation and with no clear plans of what to do with the property. Damian gave us his recommendation and has been with us every step of the way. He remained positive at all times and even when we thought about pulling the property off the market he still kept the faith.
The property has now let and Damian is always happy to help sort any settling in issues that pop up.
Acorn are really lucky to have him.

Excellent experience buying a flat through Acorn London Bridge - Stuart went well beyond the call of duty supporting both me and the sellers through the sale. A huge difference in service and professionalism to some of the other estate agents active in this area - we had had some unpleasant experiences previously, but Acorn were fantastic. If I ever decide to put the flat back on the market, I will come straight back to them.
