Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price. Data produced by Land Registry © Crown copyright 2019.

Booked 2 viewings. I’m based in central London, so it takes me a while to travel to the location. The first viewing I had a massive clash with the agent as I was running 5 minutes late due to public transport and this 20 yo called me saying he was busy and needed to leave, and he was doing me a favour. What an attitude. The second viewing they suspended the overground, and had no way to travel, other than re-routing by changing about 3 tube lines and one train line, and the train line was badly delayed, so another major clash with the same agent. I called the branch again, spoke to the branch manager and he started lecturing me on the fact that you need to allow plenty of time to travel with London transport. Really? Because I had no idea people can teletransport if they allow enough time? It seems they are not in the business of selling properties but to show how important they are and putting potential buyers off. If I were selling a property I would avoid them, as so many buyers wouldn’t come back to do viewings with them, no matter how amazing the property could be. Also, please note that a lot of the positive reviews are quite suspicious, of people with one review each, strangely after a not so positive one to balance their lower score!

Acorn Estate Agents was very responsive to any questions we had during the letting process. Our primary letting agent, Nicholas Henderson, was particularly helpful during this process and remained professional (and very patient!) with us throughout. Thanks to Nicholas, my partner and I have successfully moved in to our new property.

I worked with Nicholas Henderson and wanted to take the opportunity to thank you so much for being the only real estate agent in London that has been kind, reliable and helpful - Wish they were all like you!

Nicholas was on the ball throughout. He is the definition of a 'good agent' - very helpful. A bit disappointing that the back office staff didn't process pertinent paperwork as quickly as I would have liked, Nicholas was helpful and kept the lines of communication open.

I've just sold my house through Acorn; James and George made the experience as painless as possible. It is never a particularly easy process, but the team were extremely helpful, very communicative and highly professional at all times. I bought the house originally through this branch of Acorn and then used them as letting agents when I had to move for work. You hear all sorts of horror stories about estate agents; if you want to avoid the hassle, choose this branch! Thank you all again.

Acorn in Peckham were great, very friendly, efficient and professional. George is brilliant, with a friendly and engaging team. Quite refreshing experience that I would not usually expect from an estate agent.

Dangerous estate agent who performed a HIT AND RUN three weeks ago today, late afternoon near Harris Boys Academy in Peckham. The victim was a schoolboy. I have asked around the area and have concluded that the suspect works in the Acorn Peckham Rye branch, he drives a black Audi A3. Please be careful when using them for business, you don’t know who you may deal with. I have reported this case.

Franco and Kadeem were very quick to reply to any correspondence i put their way. Once we found the home we wanted to buy Franco was extremely diligent answering all my calls and emails very quickly. We were always kept in the loop and Franco ensured that our sale (via another Agent) was always on course as well as the purchase at their end. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Communication in these situations are key and these guys deliver!
