The Peckham Branch, and especially Benson, were a huge help throughout the process. After a string of disappointing experiences with other companies and agents (that added massively to the stress of finding somewhere), Benson quickly found and showed me a number of great options and was always on the other end of the phone to help with paperwork. TLDR: Benson is a huge asset and thank you for helping us find our amazing flat.

Whilst estate agents can often be frustrating in helping you find somewhere to live, Acorn have been tremendous. They are extremely attentive and only send you properties that clearly fit your profile. Upon viewing I was met by William who was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful. Nicholas at Acorn was extremely helpful. Every correspondence we had with him was positive. Emails for the the rental process were concise and moved things forward positively. I had great experience at Acorn! Really nice atmosphere. I'm glad I met Davide! He is very professional, helpful and easy going. Davide always replies to email messages with any questions and gives really helpful advices. I really recommend Davide and James as well but I'm pretty sure everyone working there are amazing and professional after reading the reviews. Generally speaking I'm happy with customer service! :)

A friendly, professional and attentive agency that have been helpful through the process from viewings through to tenancy. Damian took us on our first viewing of the property where we currently live and he was great. We were given plenty of time and information at the property.
However, something that Acorn should improve is the communication process with the landlord, as it sometimes takes several days to get a written answer and the management agents are hardly ever available on the phone.
