Best Estate Agents ever. Extremely helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. Tried different Estate Agents, but Acorn were the one to successfully sale my flat. Communication was great. What a great experience received from all at the Acorn Kennington branch I have had. After getting my property on to the market swiftly they kept me updated throughout the process until the day of exchange. My opinion on high street agents has changed. Steve was great from start to finish on my recent purchase through Langford Russell. As well as providing all the info I needed during the initial viewings, he put a lot of work in guiding myself and the vendors through to successful exchange. If/when I come to sell the house I know exactly who to go to.

It’s nice to see great reviews on here but unfortunately we haven’t had the same experience – it’s been painful from start to finish. They’ve falsely advertised property features on RightMove and their leaflets but apparently they don’t have the time to update these to ensure it’s an accurate reflection. The property management team in Bromley don’t have a clue about the properties they manage and we’re constantly having to chase for an answer. We've expressed all of our concerns but they don't seem to raise these with their management team. I’d avoid using them where possible in the future – shame as we love the property we’ve moved into!
