It can be a hard decision choosing which agent to market your property with, but I can definitely say I made the right choice going with Acorn. Professional. Yes, of course, that is what you would expect and that is EXACTLY what you get.
From the very start, when I met with the exceptional Senior Manager, Adam Gould and his team members Michael and Dennis, I knew that the sale of my apartment was in the charge of a Grade 1 team. Their own individual presentation was excellent, sharp, engaged and rightly confident. Their goal was to ‘sell’ my apartment and to achieve a good price in the process. As it turned out, two buyers found the package to their liking and a sensible price was quickly agreed with one of them. The conveyancing process began, and my somewhat nervous first-time buyer was expertly guided through the process by Adam. This was a significant purchase by her and not unreasonable she wanted and expected everything to be very good order. The sale was concluded and both parties I am pleased to say were completely satisfied.
Finally, a very big thank you. It isn’t always easy to express gratitude but mine is real and genuinely fulsome.

I had great experience at Acorn! Really nice atmosphere. I'm glad I met Davide! He is very professional, helpful and easy going. Davide always replies to email messages with any questions and gives really helpful advices. I really recommend Davide and James as well but I'm pretty sure everyone working there are amazing and professional after reading the reviews. Generally speaking I'm happy with customer service! :)

A friendly, professional and attentive agency that have been helpful through the process from viewings through to tenancy. Damian took us on our first viewing of the property where we currently live and he was great. We were given plenty of time and information at the property.
However, something that Acorn should improve is the communication process with the landlord, as it sometimes takes several days to get a written answer and the management agents are hardly ever available on the phone.

Acorn were professional at all times and provided great advice and support throughout the sale. They were able to succeed in securing a buyer in less than 1 month where my previous 2 estate agents had not in over 1.5 years. I worked mainly with Jon (Mook) but also Glenn (Maher) to sell my house and they both did a great job.
Looking at the argument of traditional high street agents versus online ones I’d recommend Acorn and these two anytime.
One of my life rules is I don’t mind paying for things - so long as I’m getting my money’s worth... and that’s exactly how I felt with these two.
Yes they’re expensive (compared to online only) but they earned their commission, they never put their foot off the gas in the process of selling my home and they did a superb job right up til the point of exchange - and hopefully now beyond too!
Well worth it...

I had a very bad experience before moving to London. I rented a house with another real estate company and 5 days before I was supposed to move there, they called me to tell me the tenants wouldn´t leave. So I was in desperate need of a new house. I contacted John Payne and Liam called me just some hours later and made an appointment for the house I have ended up renting. They have made everything happen extremely fast to allow me to move immediately. They have moved heaven and earth and I couldn´t be happier with Liam and Sam. Thanks so much for everything!!! If I need to rent or buy in the future, John Payne will be the first agency I´ll call.
