The flat took a number of months to sell due to the it's very small size and given a recent arrival of a new baby the clutter did not help. However, Mary and her team were relentless in their efforts to get the sale of our flat over the line. They were positive and supportive. Ridiculous they ask for a 1-day charge of rent just out of a wording game! We confirmed the end of lease date the same as the date we pay the rent each month. But no one ever told us before confirmation that the day is actually counted but not the night before. Why on earth would we pay for the one additional day given that we actually move out two days earlier to that? It was out of goodwill that we end the lease by the end of month sharp... then on contrary heard from them such an unfair and unnecessary treatment. It is really a frustrating and disappointing process negotiating back and forth. Such an unnecessary waste of time.

We are student housing company operating in a number of different countries. We have recently started working with Morgan Randall to expand our London operations. So far, we have received nothing but excellent service. They understand the market well and act swiftly. Their staff are very professional and talented. Bradley, particularly, was extremely helpful. We recommended Morgan Randall to any corporates in need of flats for their staff or client.

By far the worst customer service that I’ve ever come across. We have lived in the property for almost 2 weeks now and still have not received the correct keys. They gave us one of keys and told us we had to get more cut because we moved in late! What is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! After complaining there eventually gave us another set but then the lobby key did not work! I was informed by the landlord that she had told them that they had to get the lobby key done by a specialist key cutter, they obviously didn’t listen to a word of that. We currently still do not have keys when I messaged them about it, I was told I had to return the keys because they were a lot of money! You can understand why it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across. They did not apologise for giving us the wrong set of keys they have not said that they are going to get more cut even though it is in the contract. The complete absurdity of this whole situation irritates the hell out of me! That I can’t even get into the property that I’m paying for. But there is more! When we moved into the property of the hot water wasn’t working! It is still not working we have to get a new boiler! They said they checked it a couple days before we move in but the way the company is managed I very much doubt they did. We also have problems with the furniture that is unusable! The table in the living room is completely wonky the chairs scrape against the wooden floor, so at the minute I’m eating my dinner on the sofa. Until my order comes through on Amazon because God knows they are not going to get any new ones. Our double bed in our room has got wheels so every time we get on it I feel like I’m dancing on ice! The shower head is completely screwed! The doors to balcony do not open! I could probably go on for days! Yeah so a long story short you are probably best off not using this company. Save yourself the stress and knew someone else I wish I did.

Before moving in, we were talking with Selwyn. He was very available, very efficient, we had never seen such a good agent. We were very happy. When we moved in, we found the house in a very very dirty state. After asking for a receipt or some cleaning for 2 weeks, we found out the cleaning was made a month before we moved in. I believe any clean family cleans at least twice a month - especially when the property is big - so the state of the property was beyond any living state. We asked for proper cleaning and it was refused. We asked the manager of the agency who told us " you refused as you already had taken care of it". We hadn't yet and then asked for some proper cleaning but it was refused, we were told to leave the property as dirty as we found it. When we moved in, the fridge was not working. Our agent, Ieva, called a couple times some technicians and then gave up. By that time, they had left for some vacation. I found out by calling them myself, as Ieva wasn't doing it. When we threatened to find someone ourselves and ask her manager for reimbursement, it took her 5 minutes to find a technician. That took a whole week without a fridge. We are still waiting for feedback after the comments we made about the inventory, more than two weeks ago. We also mentioned the bathroom's fan that is not working and didn't get any answer about it. The wooden walls of the garden are falling apart and toads set up because it is humid and rotting. Again we are waiting for any reaction from the agent, nothing seems to happen. After all these issues, we thought maybe it was Ieva who was not doing her job efficiently. After emailing the manager, Graeme, it seems to be okay with this and in the same state of mind as her. We are very very disappointed. We were so happy to find some good agent and they just end up being the worst we ever had.

I give property manager Adam Carter 5 stars for his outstanding customer service. Our initial experience with complete was off to a rocky start having dealt with the initial agent with not having the property ready however once we were past onto Adam we had a much better experience dealing with complete. Adam is always a pleasure to deal with and no task seems to out of his reach to handle. We are so pleased to have Adam as our property manager and we look forward to building a strong relationship with him.

WORST AGENCY TO DEAL WITH I have rented for a couple of years now and it has all been with private landlords up until I rented with this company. I wish I didn't move in and stuck to a private landlord. I am writing this review to warn you all not to trust agencies like this. They aren't organised. They could not care less about individuals and complaining has literally got me no where. I'm saddened to think companies can treat you like this. The day we checked in the flat wasn't professionally cleaned. That had to be done whilst we were moving in after I complained. 2 weeks later I had to phone the police and complain to the agency as a large piece of furniture had been moved whilst me and my partner were out work - a break in. Nothing was done and I had to pay to get the locks changed as they weren't changed prior to us moving in! I had to incur the cost !! Like I said I complained and nothing was done. The agency even admitted the locks were changed before that last tenants. We had no access to the underground car park for over a month. As the agency forgot to provide us the key !!! This took so long after constant emails to the agency and broken promises. We finally got the key !! But tonight is the icing on the cake. I am 8 month pregnant and we have had no water to the apartment for 6 hours. I called complete and they said they will send someone which they did this person told me to ring Thames water. Which I did. After waiting for 4 hours the leak is in the building so I will need to ring complete again which I did. I have just got off the phone to the out of hours department and spoke to someone who only help was that he will log the call and pass on to the office in the morning !!!! I explained I am 8 months pregnant and I have no use of water or the bathroom for 6 hours and he classes this as non urgent. I explained to him there is a major leak in the building which he then gave me a phone number of someone who he couldn't even give me a name of the person who I will be calling ! I rang this person and they had no idea why I was calling. I rang complete again and explained and all he could offer was to log for the tomorrow. Prior to moving in I was promised there is an emergency out of hours service who will help. FALSE. !!!! Tonight proved it. When renting with a private landlord I have had an identical situation happen to me. Out of hours someone came and fixed it. Renting is expensive as it is all you expect back apart from a roof over your head is someone to be there to help with an emergency at any time. Complete can not. And do not do that. It is now almost midnight and I am looking to book a hotel. The worst part is that I can't talk to anyone in the company as no one seems to care. I have spoken to a manager about the break in incident and nothing came of it. I asked for directors names and they were never given. With everything it's time to take legal advice. Stick to private landlords. Think about the service you will get after you have checked in. I have never had an issue with a private landlord. I will never chose and agency again.

2011 I was here for Iron Maiden. The O2 stadium like it. He is nice. And I know this stadium from films. I think that this is still the most beautiful stadium. That I have seen. I recommend you come here.

Enjoyed the show on Sunday however upon entry into the arena the security remove all drink or food from your bags. This includes sweets that i had for the children's train journey home. I can understand the reasoning for this in the current times we live in but I do think that this should be CLEARLY stated when booking any tickets. Once inside you are forced to queue a very long time for very overpriced food and drinks (£10 for a bag of candy floss is a blatant rip off ) I refused to pay the extortionate prices which upset the children so spoiling what was otherwise a good day out. For a successful and flourishing venue I cannot see any reason for the need to charge over the top prices other than pure greed, for this reason alone I refuse to award even 1 star but have to otherwise I cannot post
