Great attention by Jason Segovia and an impressive range of good options. I definitely recommend them!
Foxtons has professional surface and nice friendly agents, but predatory and expensive. Despite paying GBP440 for in commissions which is already at top of the market, they did their best to try to get more money out of me when I used the agreed break clause. I would not use then again. In general I can tell you that you guys are getting screwed in your so called 'free market'. Transaction cost are rampant and clearly favors the more informed agents/landlord. Not the signs of a well functioning market.
A top notch service from the the staff (Glenn and Daisy) of John Payne Greenwich in assisting me to find my dream home. JP listened to my requirements and only offered me viewings that suited my criteria and thereby not wasting anybody's time. Extremely efficient in moving the sale through from offer to completion date all in under 10 weeks. Even though they were acting for the vendors, I felt a valued customer and my interests were being looked after as well.
If ever I am looking to sell/buy again, I would have no hesitation to use John Payne for their professional, efficient and friendly service and achieving results in a timely fashion. A big thank you and well done!!
Be careful before buying a property from them.
I had agreed a price on a property they were marketing. Just before exchanging, they pulled out and sold it to someone else. The manager Glenn Maher was particularly unprofessional during the process.
Not only I lost the property, but also the fees for surveyor, mortgage, solicitor.
I appreciate you looking into this matter. It is unfortunate you didn't find your agent's working style very aggressive, offensive and not up to your professional standards as my wife and I did.
I will not delete this review as you requested.
Thank you very much for reaching out.
Excellent company to deal with. Each and every individual went out of their way to help us throughout buying our home. Ok, estate agents have a bad rap but don't rush to tarnish all with the same brush. Winkworth Blackheath are different and actually care and try their best to help the buying process go smoothly.
The rental department is absolutely unprofessional and utter rubbish. The agent and I have arranged a day to view different flats in the morning. I have someone to look after my child because the agent told me he can't drive around to show me flats with a child in it as his insurance is not covered.
So the agent didn't turn up at the end without notifying me in advance and his colleague told me the viewings booked are not on the diary so they can't take me to view the properties because they have are 'short of staff' and 'busy'. I ended up wasted my time and money travelling and childcare because of this very rubbish and useless agent.
Very unorganised, unprofessional and irresponsible. Cannot imagine what kind of service I would receive if I rent through them.
I would recommend people avoiding it unless you want to wast your energy and time. Rent through some other agencies I'm sure you'll get much better service.
11 December 2017 - we have just completed on a trio of transactions in a move back to London from Cornwall - COMPLICATED! - & really well handled by Jo, Patricia and Kate at KFH & pitch perfect on valuations etc. Always obliging and no panic - a tight ship run by Patricia - highly recommended (also the solicitors Beverley Morris)...puts estate agents on to a higher plain! Thank you, Susanna
KFH have been managing the property I let for the last 4 years and I have always found them to be extremely helpful and generally responsive. I have to break my tenancy and Kelly and the team were very quick to reassure me that they would do everything possible to find a replacement tenant as soon as possible which took a great worry off my shoulders. I have always been met with professionalism, respect and understanding which is not always the case with some other estate agencies.
