Booked a viewing to a flat, for no one to show up. After 20min called them and the flat was “taken” so no one bother to even let me know… very unprofessional behaviour

I've been doing business with One Stop Estates for a long time and find them very reliable and trustworthy. With so many years of experienced in the letting field they always try to give their best service to both landlord and tenant. I strongly recommend this company to anyone wanting to let or looking for accommodation.

All reviews posted below by Chris Byron are fraudulent. He works at the company and threatens people with physical violence if asked to move their bright yellow promotional vehicles which he leaves outside people's houses for months at a time. Company owned by a very aggressive bully (Mr Byron).

This is an absolute appalling company where customer service is related. My mum is disabled and they park there big can outside people's homes to advertise this company. Ten mins ago they have just parked outside my parents address. I explained to the driver that I need to get my mum out to my car as she can't walk and could he move as he is there for days. He be came very aggressive saying "go away I park where I want" and "you got a problem" speaking to myself and a 70 year old woman. I phoned the company who was not helpful at all. He wouldn't put me into the owner as "he is too busy" and didn't care less. What an awful inconsiderate company

Bought a house from the One Stop Estate Agency. They were brilliant from start to finish, dealt with a long and complicated chain professionally and efficiently.
Everything went through smoothly, Toby couldn't do enough to help us arranging additional viewings and keeping the deal moving along. Couldn't recommend more highly.

One Stop Estates are friendly, reliable and easy to talk to about any problem you may have. From a tenants point of view they have always been easy to get hold of and solved our problems out almost immediately (never longer than a day for someone to come and see what is going on). Would recommend these to anyone looking at one of their properties.

In 13 years of dealings with One Stop Estates, I have found them to be fair & professional people who get the job done with the minimum of fuss. What's more they actually get out of the office & assess jobs/problems first hand. Many letting agents won't do that these days.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE they have no sense of hummanity and will make you homeless with the nod of the head.
They do not regard the £200 you leave as a holding deposit as worth any thing to hold a Flat and will happily give your flat to some one else within days 2 days before you move in. (I found out when i phoned them a weeke and day beore move in day and day before I was due to sign the tennancy and hand over my deposit and 1st months rent in cash!
After accepting that that have hannded the flat to someone else I proceeded to get back the holding deposit , £200, plus the reference money as they have breach the contract.
At no time did they leave a message or put in writing that they were going to givie my flat to some one else if they didn't hear from me by a certain date. PLEASE NOTE, all of this happened BEFORE rhe day PRECEEDING the tennancy contract signing date and 8 days before the move in date!
DIVIOUS CROOKED CALLUS MANEGMENT
I should have realised when the MANEGER TOBY ( who deals with all monies and paperwork), made RACIST COMMENTS aBout the previous tennant in regard to cleanliness, whIilst assuring me he would have the flat cleaned up before I moved in.
At the time I corrected him and said cleanliness has nothing to do with what race one is, and he just laughed coyly, and I told him I don't like those kind of comments thank -you.
I should have left then, but I need somewhere to live and had been looking for a flat for a long while,
so I went ahead and left the holding deposit, hoping I would not have to deal with this PARTICULAR Rasist Agent next time..
AND IT TURNED OUT THIS RASIST IS ACTUALLY THE MANEGER OF THE COMPANY, NOT JUST AN EMPLOYEE AGENT!!
ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR INSTICTS. YOU WILL SENSE THIS PLACE IS DODGY, YOU DON'T NEED ME TO TELL YOU!
P.S. Don't be fooled by the nice saturday girl, she is just nice, and doing her job. THE MANEGER TOBY RUNS THE PLACE AND INSTRUCTS ALL HIS STAFF LIKE ROBOTS..
There is also a branch of the company in Hastings Sussex, they are the same company so be cautious, probably have same crooked nature!
They do not accept cheques for deposts, only bank transfer of
