I went for an open viewing and it was my first experience, the agents have absolutely good work ethics and my renting process went very smooth. Poor service - the viewing time was changed, by text, 10 minutes AFTER the viewing should have ended. I get it, estate agents get alot of demand so don't really care about losing people but regardless, some curtesy would be nice.

Speaking from experience as a landlord, my greatest concern is for my property to be counted as a statistic for commission and profits by estate agents, who constantly fail to manage my property. So far Eldridge has proven to be exceptionally great with my property. I am only called upon when they need approval to carry out repairs on the property and after that all is sorted. Ask for Azad one of the great faces of Eldridge estates, he will take good care of you...just tell him to 'stop working' on his day offs.

Eldridge Estates are really great. I have rented two different properties from them and the service is always so professional.
Raz, our current property manager is really brilliant. Always so friendly and super efficient with any queries. We have had a couple of minor maintenance issues at the flat over the past year and they have both been dealt with within 24 hours. It gives us such peace of mind knowing that we have that support there if ever we need it.
As long as we are in Plumstead, I can't see us using any other estate agents
