I must admit I had wonderful experience with Crawley office. Sales Manager "Nichole Holland" has been exceptionally helpful. During my property search, I dealt with other agents in Crawley too but I can say that service level of Cubitt & West Crawley office is definitely far better than any other agent in Crawley. 100% recommended.

Brilliant job, thanks to Dionne we sold our property in three weeks and all went through very smoothly. She arranged an open day and handled all the viewings keeping us informed along the way. Their commission was a bit higher than other agents but gave us wider coverage and was worth paying the extra for a speedy conclusion.

Fantastic from start to finish! Both Dionne and Nicole were always ready to help or speak to whenever we had a question. We sold the house quickly and for a good price. We were particularly pleased with Dionne as she went above and beyond her duties. Thanks guys

We bought our home recently (October 2019)
I found the staff helpful and polite - Nichole even though we never met you were a big help for chasing information when we felt a little bit out of the loop, so thank you for that.
Godferry and Dionne I believe your a credit to the company thanks for dealing with us.
The in-house mortgage advisor was also very helpful (Lindsay) I believe she has left but I'm sure her replacement will be just as good.
I would recommend this Company for buying your home but Do not use the in house solicitors that's why its 4 star and not 5. I look forward to dealing with you again in the future.

Enquired about a property on a Saturday, but they failed to tell me it had an offer on it already. Was told to contact Nichole on the Monday, unfortunately it was her day off. No reply on phone so ended up talking to another branch. They arranged a call back which never happened. Eventually got hold of somebody in Crawley who told me the offer had been accepted on Saturday. Why they didn't tell me this when I visited their office I don't know. Presumably they didn't bother to tell the seller there was further interest in the property before he accepted the first offer either. Not impressed at all

I purchased my property with Cubitt & West nearly 5 years ago now. I recently got back in touch with Nichole who I dealt with regarding a valuation. I was pleased to see that the customer service was still second to none. Nichole could not have been more helpful, and with her wealth of knowledge has yet again helped me out. Thoroughly recommended, and still a happy customer of Cubitt & West.

From the beginning of the process of thinking about moving, to completing on our sale, Cubitt and West have been brilliant. Lindsay our mortgage advisor made the application process simple, easy and helped to guide us through with minimum fuss. Godfrey, Nicole and Dionne were great throughout, keeping us informed of what was happening and helping us to achieve the best possible sale. I would happily use this estate agents again and would recommend them to anyone thinking of moving!
