I currently let my house through able estates. They manage the property for me and have done so for the past five years. The management team are fantastic I have the most wonderful tenants who look after my house and pay their rent on time every month. I use able to let my house as I have now used them to sell 3 homes for me plus I've bought one through them and each time I've found Peter and his team to be professional and friendly. I feel I receive a personal service that I have never experienced from any other agent . I would have no hesitation in recommending ables and have done so on many occasions

Recently let my flat in Bexleyheath with Ables, i told them how much I wanted for it each month but Sarah their property consultant advised me that she thought she could get me more which I thought was very honest of her. Anyway she achieved the higher figure and in less than 2 weeks so needless to say I am very pleased so much so I have decided to let Ables fully manage my property with the extra rent I now receive. Have already recommended them to several friends who have properties to rent out.
