The agency is just fantastic or at least Ian is a fabulous ambassador for them. Ian, our letting agent helped us find our dream house, here in Abbey Wood and it was an absolute pleasure to work with him. He was the best letting agent by far. He was professional, funny and managed to sell us the area by putting all our concerns to rest. He strived to connect with us on a personal level which made the whole letting process pain free. The waiting time between putting an offer through to having the keys in our hands didn't take too long - 3 weeks, I would say. I would reccommend Able Estates.

We were looking for a family house and Able estates are just the perfect people to go to. I would say that the service was outstanding. All members were friendly and considerate whenever I needed any help with the process. Myself & my family were treated with respect at all times. They are a very proficient and trustworthy and professional estate agents and should be given proper recognition for that, as they deserve to be rewarded for all of their hard work. Recently let my flat in Bexleyheath with Ables, i told them how much I wanted for it each month but Sarah their property consultant advised me that she thought she could get me more which I thought was very honest of her. Anyway she achieved the higher figure and in less than 2 weeks so needless to say I am very pleased so much so I have decided to let Ables fully manage my property with the extra rent I now receive. Have already recommended them to several friends who have properties to rent out.
