I was interested to see a house, I contacted Charinna and made an appointment. When I arrived at the location I found other house. She said that there was a confusion, however there were another 2 families to see the same house at the same time. After spending 2 hours traveling I received back an apology. Just to rent a house shouldn't play with people time, expectations, money, confidence. Very disappointed.

Just had the best service from Charinna, her communications and pro active attitude are first class. As soon as she took on the task of finding new tenants she phoned and gave (good) advice on the rent, not once did I have to ring her to find out what was going on, she always rang me. Viewings were set up and started so quickly and a new tenant found. Great service Able, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. ????

Had my concerns about purchase of carpets from a retailer sorted nicely.
Excellent team-working right from the begining to the end.

Absolutely rubbish theyre asking for someones who is earning more than 21,000 a year and if not even if you can afford it they wont consider you for a tenant ! Companies like this are just money grabbers and genuinely dont care about you as a person

Extremely poor customer service, I wished to make arrangements to view a property and a basic request somehow turned into one particular agent sending me a series of ratty and rude emails, even after I directly asked to be taken off the branch records and not be emailed again. I won't be buying or renting from this branch based on my experience of this one agent today. Completely unprofessional.
