Since being with Acorn for the last 3 years, i have had nothing but trouble. From losing the keys on the way in, breaking the gas tap, to calling up every month for the rent, to paying for a check every 6 months but not getting one for almost 2 years, and then losing the keys AGAIN on the way out, i would never recommend this company to anyone. If you are a landlord, run. The other direction!

Great service and experience from start to finish with Richard, Luke and the whole team at Acorn Catford, and a special shout out to Arikson Franco who was fantastic throughout the whole conveyancing process. Thanks Franco! I also chose Acorn at Catford as I remember them from when I was buying in the area - they were the agents that stood out in terms of local knowledge and straight talk. Like many vendors these days, I looked into the option of online estate agents but think it's a false economy compared with good high street agents like this Acorn branch - also when you factor in the number of viewings and interest they generate. I sold my property through Acorn. In the main I dealt with Franco Arikson who was professional, easily contactable and efficient. Occasionally when Franco was away I dealt with other staff members who were not quite as efficient but this was not a huge problem. Franco dealt well with difficult buyers and we felt he was always upfront with us.

Poor service from the branch manager, quite rude too. Shame as other staff were professional at least. I will return when management changes not before. A pity as KFH have several good branches in the Crystal Palace to Bromley region.

Paul and his team helped us work through the sale process through difficult circumstances, we are living in the US and were selling remotely over 4500 miles and 7 time zones! This made communication difficult (we are 7 hours behind the UK) and maybe because of this, we sometimes felt a little isolated and lacking reassurance that everything that could be done to make the sale happen, was being done. That being said, we would recommend them as they got the best price possible and gave good service up to and beyond the sale of our property.

Unfortunately, pretty useless. Bought from them and had impersonal and fairly consistently incompetent service from our particular estate agent. She didn't listen when they called us asking questions and didn't answer questions when asked. Would recommend avoiding selling or buying if possible. Thankfully the branch manager stepped in and fix to mistakes.

Wasted two hours of my time. Would not be so bad if it was not a torrential rain in London that time. Here is how the story goes: I call in the morning about a nice modern flat within a price that reflected the market. Lady informs me it was taken but she has two similar (key words) properties. She unfortunately doesn't have the pictures. Fine, I am excited, so I go to the area. Lady is here. First place she shows me is some super old, mouldy, smelly cheap flat that I am not sure who would ever move in. Seeing the second flat. Not any better but she lost the way and we got soaked in that horrible rain to make things worse. Can I say I could be any more dissatisfied? Not really, it spoiled my Saturday. I don't think I gave an impression that I am looking for a cheap, smelly flat. Would not recommend.
