The Alan De Maid team did an amazing job throughout the entire house purchase process. They were really friendly and helpful and were always easily contactable. Although there were delays etc with the purchase I could genuinely feel the team did their genuine best to push forwards in the process. I'd definitely use their services again.

Alan de Maid in Chislehurst have been fantastic from start to finish. Thomas Kenny in particular made the whole process genuinely easy. He was a great communicator and stayed responsive to everything we threw at him, whether that was a quick question or a last minute viewing request. He was always available when we needed him and kept us updated at every stage so we never once felt left in the dark. A thoroughly professional agent who clearly knows his stuff and someone we would happily recommend to anyone buying or selling.

AdM were very professional throughout the whole process. Their knowledge of the local housing market and ability to quickly arrange potential reliable buyers was impressive. Once the sale was agreed the management of all the paperwork and communication was exemplary and useful when potential issues, out of our command, down the short chain arose.
