I think their commission and fee rates were competitive. Their communication was good and they did well to progress my sale. Where a potential buyer had seen something similar to my property, the estate agent would schedule them for a viewing at mine too which boosted my views. I broke even on the sale price of my property and so ideally i would've been able to get more for it but given various factors, I think it was a fair price it ended up being sold for and it could've been worse ie. I could've taken a loss

Unfortunately there were various errors made, not enough communication, especially after the first few weeks, not many viewings, so overall it has been a very disappointing experience.

Whilst David acted for the seller we would use David as our agent if we ever decided to sell the dream home we now live in. He might have to wait a few years.....

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish whist selling my property. Dario and James were so professional and lovely at the same time. James has been so helpful and has kept me up to date with progress at every step. I feel like I received a really personal service, for which I am really grateful for.
