We recently purchased our new flat through Alan De Maid Bromley, and we cannot recommend them highly enough—especially Ryan, who supported us every step of the way.
The process was quite stressful and, at times, very challenging due to issues with solicitors. However, Ryan was absolutely exceptional throughout. He remained patient, professional, and incredibly supportive, always keeping us informed and reassured even when things became complicated.
Ryan went above and beyond to help move things forward, responding quickly to our questions and doing everything he could to resolve issues. His dedication, persistence, and genuinely caring approach made a huge difference during what could have been a much more overwhelming experience.
We are extremely grateful for all his hard work and support. Thanks to Ryan and the team at Alan De Maid Bromley, we are now happily settled in our new home.

I recently had to sell my parents home in West Wickham following probate. It was quite an emotional and upsetting experience and difficult at times as I do not live locally. However, James and Hannah were extremely helpful and sensitive and often went above and beyond checking that things at the house were ok.

James, Dario, Matt, Maria and Caleb have all been fantastic to deal with from valuation and sale of our property through to helping us to get an offer accepted on our new home. Having not met each member of the team face to face, every time we called with a query, no mater who we spoke to they seemed to know which stage we were at and we're able to answer any questions with a good knowledge of our situation.
