I have just completed on a property purchased through Alan De Maid and had a great experience. Immy was fantastic throughout the whole process and was always avaliable to answer any questions or concearns I had, always with quick responses and a friendly attitude. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend!

We completed the sale of our house via Alan De Maid (West Wickham) following what was a stressful, rollercoaster sale experience.
James, Andrea, Hannah and Connie could not have done more to get our house sold.
From initial marketing, viewings, securing a completed chain and ultimately getting the sale 'over the line', ADM were there every step of the way - going above and beyond dealing/chasing solicitors and involved estate agents. They were always there to support us throughout the process.
The team, led by James, were professional, always kept us informed and responded positively to our phone calls - which proved reassuring during the ups and downs of the conveyancing process.
