I have absolutely no hestitation in recommending ADM for selling a house. I came to them in January this year to sell my late father's house after a horrendous year with another local estate agent (TB) where we had numerous set backs, including 'buyers' with no funds, price drops and general time wasting.
I approached ADM and had Dario do the initial valuation which was aligned with what I thought it would be. They marketed the property and I have to say their photos were much clearer than the original agents and included a detailed floor plan. Within two weeks we had a full asking price offer which was £15k above what the previous agent had managed even with all the property instability with mortgage rates and price drops over the year.
Most of my dealings were with Matt who kept me informed, reassured me when I got nervous due to past experience and the sale was very easy and straighforward.
These agents are friendly, professional and efficient. From start of marketing to completion it took less than three months. Thank you to everyone at ADM Orpington. I wish you all the best for the future. DC

As first time buyers, James was incredibly helpful at answering our questions and was always a friendly face when we were unsure what was about to happen next! James worked tirelessly on his side to push the transaction along and would always call every week or so to check in and ask if he could assist, even if it was a slower period of the process. I could not speak more highly of James and would thoroughly recommend his expertise at the Orpington branch.

Great service offered by James in Alan De Maid Orpington branch. The buying process was delayed due to documentation between solicitors, but James helped coordinate all that and pushed it a bit from his side. He was also transparent with both sides of the transaction and helped to get through the exchange. I would surely recommend Alan De Maid services in Orpington.
