We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Alan de Maid Orpington for making the selling of our property and the purchase of our new home totally painless. From the initial enquiry to the day of completion, the staff were always professional and efficient. We were updated daily and can say that when we needed to speak to someone we always could, if not, the call was returned the very same day, we were never left waiting or frustrated which is very unusual these days. We could not believe how quickly Alan de Maid found us a buyer for our property at a price we were very happy with and also how quickly they found us a property to buy. From start to finish the whole process only took 3 and a half months which was amazing!! The service we received was faultless. I’ve just recently bought the house with them. I could not be any happier. Their services is second to none. I had deals with many other agencies and solicitors to buy our first house , it was stressful physically, mentally and financially before. I cannot express my thanks to Diane and her fantastic team for all the help and assistance they provided to me when selling and buying. Selling my property was difficult emotionally for me, but they managed to find me a buyer who was true to his word and completed the purchase in a super quick time. My purchase was fraught with problems as I buying a leasehold property but their experience and valuable knowledge got me through the process and they took the stress and worry away from me. I would not hesitate in recommending them, they really did go the extra mile to get me moved into my new property which I am now so happy to be in.

Hannah is completely over the top in all conversations, yes bubbly works but loud false and in your face doesn’t. James is just dismissive and at times rude. Maybe the pair of them cancel out their natural traits. Wouldn’t trust any of them as far as I could throw them
