I successfully sold my flat through Mann & Co in Beckenham, despite a few ups and downs at the beginning of the sale. I accepted 4 offers on my flat, all to be withdrawn because certain information was not divulged to the buyer until after the sale was agreed. After this matter was addressed, Lisa worked extremely hard to find a buyer and within the two week notice period I gave them to take my property off the market with Mann, she'd found a serious buyer, which progressed to completion within 4 months. I'm happy with how Mann & Co rectified the issues. My property was a difficult one to sell, being above a shop with extremely high service charges, and on a main road. Yet Lisa managed to find the right buyer. I had previously used KFH to market the property but didn't have many viewings, so choosing Mann & Co to represent this particular property was definitely the right choice in the end. The reason for a 3 Star review rather than a 4, is because of the initial problems mentioned above. I should not have had to remove my property off the market with them for them to provide the correct and full information to the potential buyers. Otherwise, a good service.
