Tried to purchase a property from this company for the asking price. However, Gina (owner/manager) informed me that they wanted £10k more than what the vendor was asking for.

Subsequently, we withdrew our offer, due to dirty old style estate agent tactics being used. For example Gina responses - we have had a higher offer than asking price and there is three people offering/bidding.

The house we wanted to buy stayed on the market a further two months and finally sold.

I would reluctantly sale or purchase from this agent, as you may loose buyers or get ripped off.

Had a very unpleasant buying experience with ABC. The agent Gino called me every day, hassling me for updates despite telling him to contact my solicitors instead as they would have the latest news before I did. He uses very old fashion estate agent techniques. He kept pushing for an unrealistic completion date. But once completed and exchanged, the vendors were still staying at the property for another two weeks because they needed time to pack. Very unorganised and selfish. If buying through this agent, I would suggest to prepare yourself for the hassle they will create.
