Had to constantly chase them up as they never returned calls. The apartment I was after then got taken off them by the landlord (probably as they hadn't managed to let it out in over six months!), which ended up with another agency. Not surprising really, I'd avoid at all costs as either a tenant/purchaser or seller. Completely useless.

Unpleasant experience as they continue to telephone and send emails despite my repeated requests for them to stop. I wonder if they try to upset all property buyers in a similar way.....
