Told us the property was not on a first come first serve basis and they would send an application form via email and then collect all the applications and decide on the best one, instead they just gave the property to the first person applying for it. Very misleading, untrustworthy and unprofessional

I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from Yupy Sarwar at Allen & Harris Estate Agents for our recent home purchase. The home buying process can be daunting, but Yupy was fantastic every step of the way.
From finding potential properties to helping me negotiate an ideal contract, Yupy was always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. He also understood the housing market in our search area, which allowed us to get an incredible deal that exceeded our expectations.
