11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 1st Jun 2026 (7 days ago)We had a drawn out process in selling our house which beyond the control of us or KFH. But throughout the process Deanna and colleagues were friendly, efficient, very responsive and gave good advice.

Very efficient when they want your business but after that just ghost you. LANDLORDS BEWARE If I could give zero stars I would- 17th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Guy and his team recently helped us exchange on our family home move. Throughout the process the team were excellent and supportive. We thought the outstanding member of the team was Aicha through the process whos open and honest communication was very much appreciated. Not to forget Harry too who was very supportive throughout all the viewings. Thought their valuation and comversations around market listing prices were pretty much bang on, so thanks Guy for this.Thanks to team M&P Brockley, no complains our side and we would recommend.
3rd Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Chris and the team worked really hard to ensure that our flat was sold - even when we lost our first buyer and had to find a second very quickly to be able to purchase our desired second home. We spoke to one of the team almost daily at points and they were always professional, flexible and accommodating. There was a point where we were being asked for more money to incentivise our seller to still sell to us - which we did not do and don't believe that anyone should have to - but that was the only negative in what was otherwise a successful process. Kallars were the cheapest option we looked at and the team were great.

18th May 2026 (21 days ago)Got introduced to Ryan Booth through a mutual friend whilst looking into moving to the UAE with the family… honestly, wish I never did. Constantly available on the phone answering endless questions about areas, schools, visas, setting up a business and property. Somehow always replies, which is actually quite annoying. Ended up helping us buy our first overseas property as well, made the whole process far too easy and now we’re even more convinced on the move. Terrible bloke really… far too knowledgeable and way too easy to deal with. Wouldn’t recommend… unless you actually want someone who knows what they’re talking about.??????????????????
